A stiff neck is typically characterized by soreness and difficulty moving the neck, especially when trying to turn the head to the side. It may also be accompanied by a headache, neck pain, shoulder pain and/or arm pain. In order to look sideways or over the shoulder, an individual may need to turn the entire body instead of the stiff neck.

Literally changed my life. Keen golfer struggling to play 9 holes without being doubled over in pain even full of drugs! Within a couple of months Alex had me playing 18 holes without painkillers and continues to look after me and maintain me to a very good level. I would recommend Alex and his team to anybody suffering from back pain. It's not a quick fix it's a long-term permanent change.

I've been seeing Alex for 6 years now, sometimes it's just general problems sometimes it's sporting injures but he always sees me out of pain and I have recommended lots of friends and family to his clinic too, in my book that's the highest praise as I rarely do that!! � xx

I first visited Alex last week with such chronic back pain I was in tears most days. Alex spent time going through my medical history and quickly identified the probable cause of my problems. I've had my 2nd visit today and feeling so much better. Highly recommend!

Having been recommended to Jeremy at this clinic I visited today for the first time today, whilst there is still more work to do, my neck & shoulder pain has dramatically improved. Thank you
