Owls About Town

Please do not confuse Owls about town with "another company" sounding very similar. We will never charge for a photo at any public venue. We are there to freely educate the public about the welfare and future of our birds of prey. We have received numerous emails today regarding a display at the Regis Centre in Bognor Regis yesterday. We have reported said company this morning with evidence to back the public opinion. Asking for a donation is one thing, putting a "minimum" s...pend? Is not a donation. Before you book any company for display, including ourselves, always ensure you have seen there insurance, DBS and a licience to show, issued by local authority. They has been a change in law from the 1st of October, again, speak to your local council or trading standards. Close them down if you feel the welfare of there steed is not correctly cared for.

Darling was rehomed to us around 4 years ago. He had damaged wings due to been kept in a dog create for several months after the children he was bought for rejected him😔😔 he dislikes most humans now. Good morning. We hope this finds you all good and enjoying the weekend. Our gates will be open from 1000 this morning, come and meet an owl at 1130 and 1430 with our gates closing at 1600. Dad will be putting the new signs up today, many thanks to #gingersigns for a fantastic job. Good morning. It's Friday..😁😁 Busy weekend for the owls. Thank you to the young ladies of Wittering Brownies for the lovely cards, some will go onto our "wall of fame", we really enjoy doing our #education talks and handling sessions. Hazel and Peter been the busiest two in the paddock this week. We have a visit to #Aldingbourne this afternoon. Sunday we will be open to the public from 1000hrs to 1600hrs, all proceeds go to the troops, not the humans. When you visit, all proc...eeds support the troops and there home, never humans! Good morning. Dad is the big 50 today! We have given him the morning off to go for lunch with mam. Told him to be back by 1600hrs as we need feeding👍👊 Our gates will be open on Sunday again, hopefully the rain may stay away this time. Humans go Wild!!
Reports are coming in of near hysteria in West Sussex as Humans rush to purchase raffle tickets for the chance to spend a weekend with the Owls.
... The opportunity to meet, feed and look after Owls is the drive behind this raffle ticket mania, Owls News Network were informed by a wise old Owl.
A press release by the resident Swallows claimed that the lure of the prize is really the opportunity to spend the weekend in a beautiful Eco cabin. They point out that the cabin is located in the peaceful Sussex countryside, with access to amazing walks and only a 5-minute stroll from a quiet beach. They also inferred that the Owls had a vested interest as the proceeds of the raffle would be used to improve the facilities at their sanctuary next to the Cabin.
The wise old Owl described this as Fake News and advised humans to purchase their tickets (at a very reasonable £5) as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. The last date for entries will be Friday the 7th September 2018.

We just wanted to say a massive Thank You to Andy, Zsi & their wonderful troops for an amazing evening back in March. You visited my Rainbows group in Shoreham followed by the Guide unit in Southwick. We had the honour of meeting Winston, Dennis, Hazel Wizard & Paddy & you taught our young girls so much about owls. Probably one of our best ever Rainbow meetings & I can still see the excitement, joy & wonder on their faces now! Please keep on with your wonderful work!!

Thank you for prom night it was amazing and it made my night very special and the birds were very well behaved and i am very happy thanks

Just had the pleasure of meeting a very knowledgeable Andy, his team and of course the stars of the show the 'Owls'. The 2nd Worthing beavers would like to say a big thank you for the show tonight, we all learnt tons about the owls and really enjoyed handling them and watching them fly.



Highly recommend "owls about town" for any child's event. we hope to see you again soon...!

I just want to say a big thank you for bringing your wonderful owls to our allotment open day in Bromley. It was so interesting to hear about the birds and their diets and getting up close and personal with the birds was amazing. It will be a day that we will never forget. Thank you to all of you.

I can only say what a wonderful experience for all on saturday when you came to a 70th birthday party in our garden , the passion you have and the care you show for the beautifully kept birds you look after showed through but not only was that evident , the interest you generated amongst all the guests will always be there - a job so very well done thank you so very much to all of you for doing what you do :-) Barbara Buckley.
