I offer something different than the "usual" pc company, that is a very personal and professional service.
As my business is not a huge global franchise, I get to know clients on a very personal basis,
and have a data base of very loyal clients with whom I know mainly by their christian names.

I am not a "quick fix cowboy" but a conscientious and thorough technician, and will never return a pc until
100% personally satisfied that the job is done to my standards.

Over the years I have many interesting pc challenges, from children spilling juice all over their parents new laptops,
to shattered hard-drives, but I must admit, the greater the challenge the more enjoyment I get taking the pc
back to the relieved client.

Pc's may be a fundamental part of all homes now, but without service /maintenance like a car, they break down.
So I offer you satisfaction /peace of mind /regular progress updates but most of all that very important personal service that so many companies no longer seem bother with.
