Oxjam Reading Takeover

Oxjam is Oxfam's national music festival with the aim is to raise money for some of the world's poorest people. This means raising unrestricted funds for where it is most needed through local music in towns and cities around the UK.

In 2012, we launched our first takeover which involved over 60 bands playing in 6 venues. We were able to beat our fundraising target and raise just over £12, 000 for Oxfam. We have had an amazing few years and have now raised more than £33, 000 in total. We hope 2017 will be bigger and better than ever!
