Painted Lady Chichester

It is with profound sadness that I tell our clients and friends that my business "wingman" Pete passed away yesterday. He was just 55, and had worked by my side for 10 years. He picked me up when I felt down with business. He made me smile when clients gave me grief, and he laughed when we pinned him to the floor and painted him with a roller. He was always the fool, willing to 'pole dance' when he could, as shown. He helped me build the business from nothing, to doing total refurbishments . I'm sure I was a good boss to him (as well as a friend) . Pete we've missed you so much since you became ill , and the Painted Lady business is just not the same without you. But now, you can rest in peace . Once you've rested a while, you can paint rainbows in the sky ! Sleep tight Pete. Bev x

When our clients went to work at 08.00 today their house looked a bit grim ...... at 4pm today it looks wonderful . I'm sure they will love it ! !

Painting front of house. “The job was done efficiently and professionally by two ladies. The have even painted back our house number when it was covered over by new paint. The bottom of the wall was covered by flowering plants. They managed to paint the surface of the wall without damaging the plants. We are grateful too when they painted the exterior window sills without extra charge.”

Despite dodging the wind and the rain ..... we got this finished !

Going .... going .... gone. Demolition of the old Painted Lady workshop !

Today it piddled down with rain so I didn't go to work (working outside ) . So, I stayed home and transformed this table. It cost £20 and was dark brown . Looking great now after much sanding and numerous coats of paint !
