This past weekend the British Automobile Racing Club descended on South Wales for two days of flat out racing. Here is what happened:

Spent many a Sunday morning there on a b.s.a. c15 then a triumph trophy in the early sixties . with Gowerton eagles. Anyone remember them? (Either the bikes or the sixties. )

Pembrey is a superb facility with great people running the show, great food beer showers etc. Go down and enjoy a weekend there!!

One of the best circuit in the country, been going there for more years than i can remember.I have known Phil and his family for many years, and Phil,s knowledge of racing is endless, he has forgotten more than most people

























I am useless, I pressed the wrong button and sent the message before I had finished, story of my life, just wanted to tell people how good Pembrey circuit is, and its down to Phil Davies and his family working over many years and it just gets better and better every year. Dave Morgan.

It’s a long way to go for us from Norfolk but it must be the most friendly and helpful circuit in the UK, really enjoyed our weekend racing there. All the officials, marshals and circuit staff are so friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend anyone who enjoys racing visit this place sometime. Well worth the trip.

I love going to see the truck race it ace I haven’t miss a race for the last five yrs

Great place to take the family loads of space and well priced as anyone under 14 is free

Great day, some good racing too. Excellent spectating circuit, more than enough options to get good views. 10/10

First time visiting Pembrey this weekend... fantastic track & excellent hospitality set around some beautiful scenery... made to feel exceptionally welcome... if you haven’t been, highly recommend a visit.

Cracking circuit, fast bends, good hair pins not bad distance from the midlands and fair price

Brilliant track, Lovely helpful staff, Been coming here for a few years on and off and always had a cracking time. Phil and everyone involved are great

Been a petrol head since this circuit opened,and over the years I have spent many days either sitting in the car watch quality racing in all its amazing view points and on other days being able to take my boys up close and personal with the competitors in the paddock area. It must be said I've travelled to many race tracks over the years and not many offer the experience you have at pembrey. And to get the chance to have a race experience on track . JUST A SPECIAL TRACK ! Top quality spectating always 5*

Always have an awesome track day here, probably one of my favourite curcuits as its very narrow and fast. Always has great weather too!

Nice circuit , the Trackdays are well run and easy to learn but hard to master.

Marking to down one star due to rubbish facilities , toilets and showers. That is the only thing. One day track day is fine but weekend racing they get very grubby.

I've been going to Pembrey circuit for years because it's the nearest circuit to where I live in West Wales but also because it always provides good racing (Having a tight hairpin at the end of the main straight helps :) ). The truck racing is the main event I go to see but I have seen a few others and have also done the driving experience twice. Could be a great circuit with some investment but the assembly government prefer to spend money further East.

First time at a BARC event. Loving the racing and talking to people. BUT..

Can not believe the lack of a merchandising stall, the fact that I have no program to see what is going on and give me insight into the flags etc. Also there is a distinct lack of commentary during races.

The whole thing is geared for the competitors, and not for the spectator.

Think both the track and BARC are missing an opportunity here.

We come here twice a year for the Truck Racing only thing I dread is using the toilets they are always dirty and low on toilet roll (I take my own now )... take today for instance used them at 9:30am and no way had they been cleaned �

So disappointed yesterday that the speakers weren't working on the bank. It was a surprise day out for my husbands 50th birthday and my children payed for us to go in. We should have had a refund. It spoilt the day as we didnt know what was going on. Not sure we will return

Was at the event today . Not impressed with the marshals on the gate and bad management . Not what was described on the flyer and miss informed on phone and also by gate staff . Some ill mannerd guy in a landrover discovery with fire attendent nearly drove into me and spoke to me like s##t . So all in all a wasted journey and a show i would advise on avoiding in the future. But the people who showed up and took part in the drifting and btcc cars and the bikes and the f40 and merc put on a brilliant show but just let down by sone staff members
