I am a local illustrator working with pets of all shapes and sizes. I have always been passionate about art from an early age using my preferred medium pencil and have spent many hours drawing animals around my village in the heart of West Sussex.

My Degree in Graphic Design and Illustration was attained at Brighton and Middlesex University.

I share my happy life with my husband John and two gorgeous daughters Emma and Becky. We live in a small pretty village with our two chilled out dogs Charlie (Golden Retriever) and Bailey (Chocolate Lab) and rebellious cat Daisy below the beautiful South Downs. My initial inspiration for my work came from Hannah our adorable Golden Retriever whose picture is on all my literature. When I am not working away at my artwork I am a passionate bee keeper and gardener.

As a long time pet owner and someone who loves and cares about animals, I understand the unique bond that builds up between someone and their pet. Commissioning a unique portrait of your pet is a great way to celebrate such a relationship. It can also be a tribute and memorial to those we have lost. A hand drawn picture of someone's pet can make a great gift; perhaps for a birthday, Christmas or anniversary.

From photographs I can produce a beautiful and unique picture of your pet. I can capture the particular character and spirit of each individual. The photographs that you supply can be either print or digital (but please no mobile phone images as the quality is not good enough).

I am more than happy to discuss any requirements you might have for your pet or animal portrait. You can choose from a couple of sizes for your portrait.

Once I have your photographs and checked they are suitable, I will do an outline sketch of your portrait and send it to you via email. If you are happy with it I can then progress with the illustration. Once it is completed I email you an electronic image to check. If any adjustments are required I will carry these out.
