What an excellent service provided by Simon. Before they were married my parents exchanged photos of each other. They’ve been on display side by side since they wed. Many years ago an inquisitive grandchild accidentally tore one of them. It was carefully stuck together with sellotape but now both photos have been brilliantly restored. They celebrated their 72nd anniversary last month and I know they will be delighted with the photos. Thanks Simon for your expertise and the personal service.

Photographs Forever provided us with a first class service at every stage. We provided to them, three original prints which we wanted to use for the Order of Service for our father's funeral. On of these was a small black and white print from the 1940s somewhat faded and very damaged, another was a black and white print from the 1960s from which we wanted our father's image cropped and enhanced and the third was a modern digital image but very lacking in resolution and clarity. Photographs Forever turned all of these into beautiful digital images which we were able to use to great effect in the Order of Service, many of the attendees finding them very moving. The service was prompt, personal and sympathetic throughout - I would not hesitate to recommend Photographs Forever to anyone requiring a similar service and I note that they offer a very wide range of photographic services at very reasonable prices.

I’d like to say a very big thank you to Simon. My wedding photo album was in a terrible state in fact it was falling apart ! But the worst part of it all the photos had gone a horrible brown.

Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service from Photographs are Forever. Almost daily contact throughout the transaction. One very happy bunny.���

Before finding Simon, I did the usual Google search and got a couple of quotes from companies purporting to do the same thing entirely online, such as requiring me to scan the photos myself ( have YOU ever tried to scan a crumpled and ripped 2”x2” photo on a home scanner? Dreadful). The lack of care, my self doubt about being able to even send a proper scan, the automated emails pushing me to complete my quote and get started - not to mention the PRICE for this type of service - all meant I kept putting the photos back in their drawer feeling disheartened by the whole process.



Finally, one day I skipped all the paid top spots on the search and found Photographs Forever.



Working with Simon on these important family photos has been a completely different experience. I nervously sent the photos off, expecting an exorbitant quote for a more personal touch but willing to pay it for 2 photos in particular. Imagine my surprise when I found Simon’s quotes to be even slightly under what these other companies wanted!



Aside from his immaculate attention to detail and the beauty of the restorations, Simon is also someone who genuinely takes pleasure in his work. I think most people have a strong emotional connection to the photos they are getting restored, so being able to work with someone who really cares about the photos themselves and the stories behind them makes the whole journey an incredibly happy and fun experience. When it comes to saving memories, I’d even say it’s priceless. I’m saddened to think I would have missed this had I used one of the other companies.



It’s been such a pleasure working with Simon, and I’m very grateful. I know without a doubt I will be using his services again very soon.
