This patient had great #motivation and stuck to his #exercises as per the #advice given. His knee range of motion into flexion improved from 85 Degrees to 130 Degrees. ­¤æĆJust started treating a patient with this terrible injury! A ruptured Patella tendon. The patella can be seen retracted high up above the knee. He subsequently had surgical repair to re-attach the tendon and pull the patella downwards back into position. X-ray and picture on the left is pre-op, and right side is post-op.
