The owner of this 2015 Renault Clio 4 bought the car with only one keycard and wanted a second as a spare. An hour later and two keys are programmed and fully working, including the hands free. @ Keighley

The owner of this #vauxhallastra had been broken into at home and a key for the car had been stolen. When programming a new remote to one of these all the keys are automatically deleted, rendering the stolen keys useless. #stolencarkeys #replacementcarkeys @ Leeds

A lovely drive up to Horton in Ribblesdale this evening. A gentleman from Cardiff had been out walking. When he got back he put his coat in the boot of his Ford S-Max. Unfortunately his car keys were inside his coat pocket. 5 minutes after arriving the keys were rescued. On the way back I saw that blast from a bygone era at Settle.

I've just been out to a 2003 Vauxhall Vivaro. The young gentleman was starting out in business as a joiner and had been given the van but without keys. He'd rung some one else who asked him to go to a Vauxhall dealer and buy the key number. There is no dealer in Halifax so he couldn't but if he had he would have wasted his money. I picked and decoded the door lock which gave me the key number but as happens with so many of tbese vans, the ignition was different. It has had an ignition barrel fitted at some point. That's not a problem, I just picked and decoded that one too before programming a new remote to the vehicle. One very happy young man is now mobile.

Discovery number 2. This morning's was a 65 plate, this afternoon was a 66 plate. Both done.

1st of two today. This Land rover Discovery 4 had two keys. The spare was kept in the microwave until it was turned on and fried the key. So I've added another spare to the car.

The first one of the year. Enjoying some family r+r time while the sun is shining with home made pizza prepared by Nathan and mum and cooked on the pizza oven/bbq. They were delicious

From one broken key to 3 new keys on a 200t Mitsubishi Colt in Keighley this afternoon.

The owner of this Ford Transit took the remote apart and damaged the circuit board resulting in the need for a new remote key making. Also, as can be seen from the picture the blade is worn to the point of not opening the door lock.
