We have been for a number of birthday parties and just for a nice place for little kids to play. My daughter loves it and we have never had any issues.

We are regulars at pirates and princesses and my 2.5 year old boy absolutely loves it! I have seen him gain in confidence every time we go and now he can do so much more than when we first started coming.

It is a great way to burn off excess energy whatever the weather, it's also a great place to watch all the activity on the Solent which he loves and, if we are hungry, have a cooked to order wimpy!

Friendly staff are always happy to help, we will continue to come until he (sadly) outgrows it which I hope won't be for many years!

Remember this place when I was a child now I take my daughter there she's loves it we had her birthday there when she was two and the price was excellent

However, I think the hour limit isn't great.. other soft play places local to me only have limits in place when they're extremely busy & these limits are an hour & a half to an hour & 3/4. It was not busy today yet an hour limit still in place? I know you can pay for extra time but on quiet days, you should be allowed to stay there for as long as you please like every other soft play I've been to.

Good facilities could be slightly cleaner but good value for money

The venue is near where I live and provides children with entertainment BUT: we asked for a cup of water and were told to pay 50 p (unacceptable). We had to have a code for the toilet! (Unacceptable also). The food leaves a lot to be desired. It needs improving urgently. Finally, there is no actual service for a children's party and parents have to pick up their kids' food which is dropped there. Overall, good fun for the kids but chaos for the parents.

This was fine for us as we had other things planned but for families that have driven to Southsea to go there may be disappointed. Would I go there again? Nah probably not.

Went today. Staff didn't seam to have any uniform and seamed uninterested in the running of the play aria. I arrived later than my sister in law and arrived without kids. Regardless I was aloud to walk right in. I order food to the eating aria and the staff member (I wouldn't call her a waitress) just slammed it into my hand. Didn't say anything or check it was ok. While I was there a child had hit 2 other kids, the child then went on to quite violently attack my girlfriends niece. Pushing her to the floor, dragging her by her hair, and scratching her face. Despite multiple complaints about this child non of the staff did anything. Regardless of all of this. The facility's are ok, it's such a shame it's so poorly run.

Yesterday afternoon my mother in law took my two daughters to play here and when my just turned 4 yr old came home she had a cut from one side of her neck to the other! Apparently she crawled through a tunnel leading to the ball pit and her neck got caught in plastic string surrounding the edges of the tunnel. My eldest daughter got help and the man just cut it and said would you like a lolly to say sorry. I am livid. She could have been hung and no accident form has been filled in 😠 I am taking this further because they need to have a serious safety check!

Staff don't seem to care, and understaffed! I think it needs to be more supervised by staff & parents!!!!

My partner took our children here today and my autistic son was pinned down and bullied by a couple of girls about 10 year old he's 6 safe to say we aren't coming back

My 7 year old son broke his arm here 6 weeks ago am still waiting for the manager to call me back!!! Nice to know they care.

Absolutly discusting! Damp and black spot all over the cellings..buckets lined up to catch dirty water dripping from the cellings and mats laid out on the floor as the carpet was wet (where the children play near) and the smell was awful! Not a safe clean place for children!

Absolutely disgusting! I'm actually surprised your aloud to open to the public! The floors are wet where my child is running around! The toilets were disgusting! And the building blocks that younger children are supposed to play with are covered in sh*t! The walls of the bouncy castle are black it doesn't look like that place has been cleaned in years! The seating area where you say people can sit and leave there stuff has chewing gum pushed down the back of the seats let alone the thick black mould that is also all round the rim of the seats! I actually felt dirty leaving there, and the staff do nothing but stand there chatting to each other! The place just smelt of dirt! That's the first and last time I shall ever be going here. Won't be recommending to anyone!!
