Went in today a little nervous because of a bad experience else where yesterday and must say I had the best experience ever! The lady corrected all the mistakes and did a great colour and cut, and I absolutely love it! Will definitely be recommending this salon. The ladies were so lovely and reassuring in there and was such a lovely atmosphere.

Went in for a massage and ih my goodness do I feel amazing! The staff were fantastic and friendly and made sure the pressure was ok. I like a hard pressure which really worked out the tension! Rebooked for visit already!

This salon is an absolute find! Had my hair cut and coloured by Sandra today who did a wonderful job. She was very chatty, experienced and made my time at the salon very enjoyable. Shannon also styled my hair after the cut and she too finished my hair beautifully. Thank you very much, and I will definitely be returning in the future!

I went to Platinum for the first time and felt like pampering myself so booked a facial and a wash cut and blow dry. I was very pleased with both treatments and staff make you feel very relaxed and comfortable. I think price is very reasonable and I will definitely recommend them and use their services again. I went in today for the first time with a groupon voucher and can honestly say I will definitely be back! Lovely people, lovely atmosphere and felt very relaxed and pampered. I had Shannon do my hair yesterday. She was brilliant and patient as I didn't know what colour to go for. They are all welcoming and friendly.have alot of regulars that came in and repeat business says alot about a company. I am picky with my hair but found this offer on Groupon and bit the bullet.glad I went and this will be my hairdresser from now on. Clean professional but yet friendly. Made sure I was happy before I left where other hairdressers just say right that's it finished. Well done platinum your staff are a credit to you and cannot praise Shannon enough. Only regret is I didn't have cash on me to leave a tip so will make sure take cash with me next time.

Came in yesterday for highlights and a cut. I'm sure you know, but you have an amazing talent in Shannon. She has a lovely way with customers, making me feel welcome and relaxed from the start. She also did a fab job on my hair, both the cut and colour. An attitude and maturity like this is very rare in someone only 18- she will go far!

1st visit today. Was made really welcome. The colour I had looks amazing, the colour is rich and shiny and I had my 1st patterned undercut done which looks awesome. Would defo recommend and will be going back again. Thank you!! Xxx

Just had the Brazilian keratin treatment done by Gemma, my 5th one done and it's amazing! You just need to let customers know of price changes beforehand and update the package info on the leaflets as its a bit of a shock but other then that great service ’┐Į
