I was impressed with their friendliness and willingness to do more than originally quote at no extra cost, to make sure the job was done right. I thoroughly recommend them, with one reservation, they will drink you out of tea and like jaffa cakes!

Sean was excellent, he explained everything from the outset. The quote was also excellent compared to others. Damp is always very worrying. I knew some re-pointing was needed, but I thought the chimney might also be at fault. Sean and his colleague did a great job with the pointing, made repairs to the chimney, checked roof tiles and painted the barge boards, all for a very reasonable price. In addition, free of charge, they also fixed some loose bricks at the front and the back of the house, which was really nice of them. Sean made sure the scaffolding came down quickly. He is such a nice guy and is obviously really keen to have happy customers. I am very pleased and would definitely use again.

I cannot speak highly enough of Sean and his excellent team. They have been fantastic from start to finish and their work is of outstanding quality. I would not hesitate to recommend them and they will be the first tradesmen I contact if I have any future issues. As others have posted previously, the job involved more than I originally thought, and Sean and his team have gone out of their way to rectify the other problems that this unseasonable weather has thrown up. Sean and his team team are very trustworthy, reliable and extremely helpful and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sean and George are very effective and efficient on doing the job. The ridge tiles on my roof was replaced on a very high standard. They are both very friendly as well. I'm definitely going to hire their service the next time I have a roof problem.

Sean responded quickly to my job posting and quickly came to my property to assess the leak in my roof and damaged chimney. He and his brother were efficient, polite and made a thorough assessment of the leak and how to remedy the problem. The work was carried out quickly and to quote. They even cleared the gutters at no additional cost. Would recommend.

Sean was great. He kept me informed of everything before and throughout the day. I had crumbling bricks and damp in my bedrooms. Sean found the problem without taking advantage of me. His estimate was very good value. High quality workmanship. He took on extra items for free. He re pointed the chimney, filled gaps in my roofing, replaced broken slate, painted waterproof paint on. He also helped my neighbor replacing her pots and sorting our damp problems out. I have recommended him to the rest of my neighbors.

Had 3 different tradesmen investigate and quote for a damp spot in my house and Sean was the only one certain of where the problem was. As an extra reassurance he said he'd offer a full refund in case he was wrong! He and George fixed some broken tiles on the roof, repaired the gutters and replaced a blocked down pipe for me - all the work done professionally and quickly. They even did some minor repairs on my neighbor's gutter for free when she asked them. Very polite, cheerful and hard working, I would not hesitate to recommend Pointing and Brickwork!
