Pole dancing is a great way to get fit while having fun! Pole fitness is one of few work outs where you can have a chat and a laugh but still get a full body work out!

Price: £8 for 1 hour or £12 for 2 hours.

For some personal attention, we can arrange a 1-1 session at £25 per hour or a session for you and a friend at £35 per hour. Just send me a message if you want some more information.
