I want to give people real taste of authentic Indian / Bangladeshi food. My food would not be same style and taste as any takeaways or restaurant. It will be purely home style authentic and freshly cooked food. I don't use any artificial colours. I use fresh ingredients (garlic /ginger /chili / turmeric etc). And most of the important thing is that if you want healthier version of Indian food then you will get it from me!
