Dear mums, Postnatal Pilates classes have started every Tuesday at 2PM. If you have had the all clear from your GP after the birth of your baby, why don't you join us? Start exercising safely with your baby by your side. Meet other mums. You will feel lengthened, relaxed and energised after the class. We work on rebuilding your centre, all the muscles around your core, We pay particular attention to your pelvic floor muscles and your deeper abdominals. We focus also on your shoulders and your hips. We address postural issues and work on balance and flexibility. Small class for individual attention taught by a Body Control Pilates certified teacher. Katie and her gorgeous little boy Cooper were trying my Postnatal Pilates class out. Both mum and baby enjoyed it. Cooper learnt a few exercises too.
