Gemma cut my sons hair yesterday. He is 3 years old, he suffers with a rare genetic syndrome. And part of his condition is he doesn't like his head to be touched. But Gemma was amazing! She was speaking to him, and learned that she had to use sign language and she still treated him the same and cut his hair brilliantly x she let him hold the comb and a sorts xx I want to say thank you very much. Xx
