Today our first hotel on the island of Jersey opens its doors to guests. On Friday we had a very special group of "inspectors" visiting from St Lawrence school, to give it their seal of approval!

Our hotels are the perfect place to get Big Day Ready ahead of any special occasion, and our ever-helpful team members have fielded some pretty unusual requests from wedding guests over the years.
In response, we decided to make the most commonly requested items available on-demand, including resizable rings, crisp white shirts, and grab-and-go speeches. Our guests will never get caught out again!

We stayed here last night so easy to get to just of the M3 nice & clean. We had to wait to get a drink in the bar as the young lady on reception was also manning the bar. She was so nice & helpful you couldn't get cross it was tough on her though as it was very busy lots of people staying there like us to see U2 in Twickenham. Fantastic breakfast this morning made to feel very welcome by Carl. Would definitely book to come again.

User

We only stayed one night but couldn't fault the hotel, staff were friendly, helpful and quite funny. Gave us advice and tips for getting around. Beds were amazing best sleep I've had in ages! Room was air conditioned perfectly. If I had to criticise the only thing we found was one of the tea cups hadn't been cleaned properly but other than that top marks. It was within walking distance of all public transport and plenty of shops. Would definitely stay here again

Very good hotel. The staff is amazing

User

Stayed here with my boyfriend for our two day Thorpe Park break. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who booked us in and had a lovely chat with us. The room itself was very good, with everything you'd want for facilities. My only problem was that there was an issue with closing the bathroom door as it seemed to be broken, but no biggie. Wonderful meal provided in the evening with quick service and delicious food served at breakfast too. Wish I had more! Overall, we were both very pleased with our stay <3

User

It's clean. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff with a sense of humour. Short bus ride to Twickenham. Have stayed before and will certainly stay again.

User

The staff were excellent so friendly and helpful and welcoming! Food quality for evening dining and breakfast was very good and value for money. Car parking onsite is so tight to manoeuvre up and down, you really have to be careful!! Certainly a good location for us to visit the RHS Hampton Court. We would happily use again.

User

Stayed here boxing day after going to kempton racing. The worst thing was the car park omg you'd never get in it if you had a big car my husband has a BMW and struggled you can see all the paint from cars on the wall.

But hotel ok room was clean and tidy and and has all you need for a night. Didn't use the restaurant but did use the bar where we found the young lady working there was also maning the reception too she was running around trying to cope with both. There was another girl working behind the bar too but seemed more interested in chatting up the men in the bar than working and both girls where not wearing any sort of uniform at all just wearing leggings and vest tops if they are not provided with uniforms I think something more appropriate is in order. Not a very good impression for the hotel.

But overall a good hotel and would use again.

Stayed for 1 night. Had a few issues finding it to start with. Excellent service from staff and breakfast was fabulous continually bringing out more hot items.

Room was large and comfortable.

DOWNSIDE is definitely the car park my husband is a paramedic and used to driving ambulances but blimey ridiculous sized spaces and turns up to the other floors!!!!

User

Staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was excellent plenty of choice bed very comfortable and clean room. Car park on the other hand a nightmare if you look at the walls you will see not everyone negotiated the tight gap that well 🙈

User

Nice quiet place to stay and easy enough to get to. Enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was very nice. Only down side was that I got room 110. And it has very squeaky floor boards which wakes people up when going to the toilet in the night.

User

Nice location. Disabled room massive with a lovely wet room, but the bed was too low for disabled user plus back braking for the carer. The cooked breakfast was okay but could have been hotter. The car park was a nightmare, far too narrow up the ramps. The scrapings on the walls tells the story. Would stay there again if I visit the area again.

User

Nice clean room. Lovely bed. CLEAN! but the car park. Ouch. Talk about tight. My car just made it and when I say just. I mean just. If you got a big estate. Find somewhere else and very confusing Layout.

Breakfast was very good. Everything hot and piping. All the amenities.

Just the car park for the low score.

Bedroom very nice. Clean. Very quiet. Would stay here again. But would park elsewhere. There is a Tesco down the street. Maybe an alternative.

User

Lovely staff, great night sleep for business, some food issues as limited choice on evening meal due to apparent menu change. Bacon very salty on breakfast. Otherwise not bad.

User

The car park is awful. Very tight bays and even tighter to try and drive up and down the ramps. We had a room with a noisy air-con/fan in. The bed felt slightly more tired than me and check in was definitely 'functional' instead of friendly. The bar shit at 11pm - even for residents and breakfast was 'alright'. Good value for money and definitely an option if going to Twickenham. I would certainly think twice about using the car park though.

User

Terrible smell in the room and couldn’t open the windows but don’t worry, there was a notice saying that the windows don’t open but fresh air is provided through the air conditioning. This was so noisy I found it hard to sleep. Car park is extremely hard to swing the car around in - bordering on insane. Positives: staff were lovely and the food was great.

User

Suspicious smell in reception. Windows in the room do not open. Needed to rub my car in lube to navigate your car park - TOO TIGHT

User

Don’t take a large car the multi-storey takes no prisoners

Friendly staff but I would say this hotel is badly in need a full refurb. The lift and rooms are of the old style with worn carpet in my room. It was clean but tired.

The restaurant was another negative

Told that Three items were off the menu, then the table behind me order two servings of burgers only to find later they had non left. Make that 4 items off the menu. Staff was apologetic but I find it difficult to sympathise when they have deliveries regular, maybe the kitchen had not ordered enough food.

After spending the previous night in Southampton in a premier inn where everything was fantastic it was disappointing to have a room where the air con switched itself off during the night which made the room unbelievably hot! Which isn’t a surprise since we are experiencing hot temperatures at the moment. After waking several times because I was so hot and uncomfortable I decided at 5:30am to contact member of staff. Tired, fed up and uncomfortable I started to get dressed to go downstairs to reception, as I was about to leave the room the cold air started to fill the room, I waited 10 mins to see what it did, it stayed cool after several hours of blowing out warm/hot air or turning off, tired from a wakeful night, I got back in bed.

This didn’t ruin our day in London, however our drive back home (Derbyshire) was hardwork from hardly any sleep for me the night before.

Other than that the staff were great, food was great and the room was clean, beds comfortable but the rooms air con needs maintenance!

I did mention all this to the member of staff who said he’d get the maintenance team onto it.

This hasn’t put me off using premier inn, they are still my first choice of hotel as I use them for my business trips and leisure. Perfect location for a train in to London too!

User

When we arrived we had probems with the booking when we finally got to our room the aircon was very loud and aggrivating the tv was not plugged in and the stand was broken there was a stench of alcohol all the way through the hotel we could hear shouting from downstairs (we were staying on the top floor) and the milkwas out of date. I am very dissapointed with my stay and am expecting someone to give me a refund or at least a stay at the kingston premier inn as that is a very good hotel. If i do not get this soon im going to be taking it higher.
