Booking was very easy and the driver actually turned up 15 minutes early. He was happy to wait for the pickup time as well. The car was comfortable, the driver was safe and we arrived in good time. The price was as quoted - all in all a great service and we'd use it again.

We booked a return journey to London St Pancras for £200, journey up was OK. Left 3 labels all over our daughters car seat with our name on. When we were picked up from St Pancras the driver had brought the wrong car seat, was suitable for a baby! So my 3year old had to travel back to Wokingham without a car seat! Was fuming and upset! When my aunt went to collect our proper car seat from thier shack of a office, my car seat stuck of cigarette smoke! So much her car still smells of cigarettes, just from collecting it and driving it up the road! Fuming! When she spoke to man in office he didn't have much to say on situation! Also the return drivers driving was terrible! Giving the middle finger to other road users, sitting in the fast lane when the middle lane was free and very sketchy! Not good when he knew I was fuming over the car seat situation!
