We arrived an hour early, but they helped and fitted us in. It is a pleasant setting and the efficient and friendly staff together with very nice food made for an excellent early dinner.

Great family meal had an offer to use and the waitress told us about other deals as we had 2 children with us. Chose the right deal for us. Very helpful and attentive. Food came quickly and was hot. Didn't have to wait long between dishes. Great experience.

Arrived as a party of two, was promptly seated and served. Waited no lore than 5 minutes in between course. Waiting staff were attentive.

Food was great, and love the location on Tenterden high Street. Service was a little slow, but didn't detract from what was a lovely meal

food was alright but none of our party thought the garlic bread tasted garlicy at all and that the service could have been friendlier. Myself and my partner love prezzo so would love to see it improve.

Was really grateful for the vegan options until they arrived. I realised how spoiled I'd been at pizza express where the vegan pizzas are far superior. While your base and sauce were good, the vegan cheese with no other ingredient was too sickly especially when it cooled. It's the first time even l haven't finished a pizza. The vegan salad could have been so much better. I don't know how anyone could go wrong with such a simple dish? There was a range of salad but no dressing, it was so dry. No vegan starter other than olives and an expensive sharing platter which many have complained about as being sparse.This was also disappointing. As was the no vegan pudding and no vegan milk option. I was really disappointed by the meal and won't be returning. It would have been a lower rating but having several vegan options rescued it.

Came here to try somethink new, place looks clean bar man was very friendly helpfull showed use to are table got use are drinks. We ordered food waitress was pleasant very smiley. Food took a while coming out thro had to wait 40 mins! for are main it was ok. We noticed we where not they only ones who had to wait two over people moan to the bar about there food being to long but to be fair on waitering staff there were very professional .

Poor service, took ages to take our order and I ordered my drink last as turned up later than friends had to ask a couple of times for my drink. My starter that I ordered never did arrive. Not enough staff on to deal with how busy it was. Food very nice but really wish they gave you a pizza cutter for pizza. We all decided not to have a pudding as we would of been waiting ages. Shame as the service spoilt the night.

Just ordered take out from yourselves, pre booked a collection time. Got home and the pizzas and chips are stone cold! Why have a specific collection time if your going to cook the product early and let them go cold in the boxes! £38 for two pizza, chips and a salad for it to be cold
