We love the food and we always eat here when we are in Horsham. Sadly, yesterday an extremely rude customer, ruined the experience for all the diners by shouting at the waitress and eventually the poor exasperated junior manager. It was clear to all the other diners, this table of 3 ladies and their kids ate all their food and was clearly just after a free meal. I felt awful for the staff, as this was the most vile attack on people just trying to do their jobs.

We all had different mains and all equally delicious. The cheese cake was to die for! Good service and atmosphere too. This was our second visit and both have been excellent, we will be returning again!

Lovely meal and service yesterday lovely waitress as well !

Lovely impromptu meal. Booked last minute. Great table in the window area in the warm summer air food was delicious and such friendly but professional service. Lovely staff. We will be back again very soon!! Thank you

I like the food On prezzo. I was With My friends And they had nice pizzas But cause im On diet i couldnt choose anything. The Staff was very helpful And made me a special salad For My diet! The food is good also, the staff friendly! Highly recomand.

I booked PreZzo for a large party for a hen doo on a Friday night. We had the use of the private room upstairs and our own dedicated server. I cannot stress enough how helpful, and accommodating the staff were, any requests I had were accommodated without any problems. All the ladies commented on how lovely their food was and how reasonable the prices were. They also had many options for those with food intolerances. Thank you for a lovely evening x

Fabulous meal last night, food was delicious, service was incredible (I wanna thank the waiter who had 10 very raucous ladies making his evening eventful, you sir were a star) and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. Be warned, we will be back.

Fab meal as always.. your sea bass is amazing. Thank you once again, you exceeded yourselves. A very nice treat the bambinos eating for £1, it made it reasonable for a family of 4 to eat out together.. for that I thank you very much

Kids eat for a £1 which is good because every thing else is a bit pricey. But food and service good especially considering how busy they were.

Men's toilet was in serious need of a plumbing overhaul though.

We'll the food was very nice....... What there was of it!!!!!!! The mushroom fungi was presented on a board it was 8" in length and 5 wide and a bowl of salad 12.95 honestly that's really not good my hubby had a pepperoni pizza which was ok plate size but 13.00 with our two drinks house rose and bottle water 33.00 not good it really is too overpriced for what you get

Staff are great (really attentive!), good food and not a bad menu selection. Unfortunately let down by poor facilities. Lighting fixtures missing from walls, broken signage etc. Toilets very poor, taps broken and spitting out water, quite a few maintenance concerns. Toilet is also 2 floors up, not great for somebody who’s pregnant / disabled & were not told about a disabled toilet until the end of the meal, when we asked.

Decent food but disappointing service. Unfortunately our waitress went on a break and didn't tell her colleagues that we were between mains and the desert menu. We waited half an hour before we mentioned it and then were only offered a complimentary coffee. Not what we expect from Prezzo.

Would not recommend at all after our experience tonight. Rude staff who when asking why we hadn't booked (she literally rolled her eyes when we asked for a table for 3 in a relatively quiet restaurant with no-one sat at at least 3 tables) and we explained that we had tried calling several times throughout today to try and book, snapped that they were very busy. Service was slow and inefficient. Asked us if we were ready to order, we said yes, to which she turned her back on us and started a conversation with someone else. Two items ordered incorrectly including mixing up vanilla and chocolate ice cream, dumping food onto the table and acting like the whole process of serving us was too much hassle! We were not checked in on nor were more drinks offered despite us trying to order them. We asked for a jug of water and were given the smallest jug i have ever seen to share between three when other tables were given full size jugs. It is an incredibly hot day, asking for water is not unreasonable. Then when it came to paying the bill they acted like it was a huge inconvenience for them. Appalling service and the food was not of the quality you would expect for the price. To top it off toilets were filthy and one cubicle actually had excrement smeared down the wall which had obviously not been cleaned

Well what can I say, probably the worst meal out ever.....cold Calamari, that had to go back.....pizza the size of an umbrella, naff all on it and stone cold.....no Gelato, was informed that they hadn't had any for weeks, but still on the menu....settled for a slice of cheesecake, served with just a spoon, no fork no serviette, spent 10mins chasing it round the plate. After complaining about all three courses was offered a free hot drink to make up for the problems, told them that that wouldn't really make up for the ruined Valentines meal.....we were then told that we could have our deserts for free, but to offset that they then tried to charge us for the free glasses of Prosecco that were included in the Valentines menu. All in all a very very sad evening!! I await a response from Prezzo!!
