Lovely place to eat and their pizza is just divine. The Italian waitress made my 40th Birthday extremely special and her customer service was amazing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely meal and the staff very efficient and friendly. Had a voucher but the meal was worth every penny of the full price!

Went for a meal on Sunday with my family for a birthday celebration. The thought the food was very good and exceptional value. Staff were attentive and polite. Would definitely go back again

We went for a family meal, we all had different meals and all were really good, desserts were a hit too. Our only criticism was the speed of the service, food was very slow to arrive and it wasn't particularly busy.

We had a lovely family meal to celebrate Mother's Day. Service very friendly and welcoming. Our food was lovely. Our only complaint was that there were quite a few fishes off the menu. We will definitely return. Thank you, esp to Adam, our waiter.

Can't go wrong with Prezzo. Different areas different staff different ways of working. Here in Brighton Marina it's always good. Staff were great again and the food is always good. Don't like the idea of going to the loos upstairs and seeing cupboards full of food though. That's the only downfall!

4 adults and a toddler eat here Sat around 5pm, wasn't overly busy which was nice, had a lovely booth. Food and service was great, toddler menu also really reasonable. It did start to get very busy as we left and overheard it was fully booked all evening. Would go again �

What a mess, disorganised forgot orders, mixed up drinks the list goes on you couldn't write it. Sounds like a bit of a trend in this branch, never experienced anything like it before and I love Prezzo �

Waitress couldn't understand anything we asked for didn't know the difference between spirits and premium spirits that's on the menu. Slow bringing drinks second visit probably wouldn't go back over priced alcohol £7.80 for a bottle of Peroni and £5.69 for a vodka and coke. Food wasn't as nice as other Prezzo restaurants

Terrible service. No check back. Forgotten starters as mains brought first. Starters eaten then same mains given back with just a drop of cream on top. Garlic bread had no garlic on it. Chef out front is miserable and had to look at him as ne t to our table. He has a lovely rip his chef top under his right arm and sweats a lot. No prezzo you have let us down!! Won't be back!!!!!

Pleasant environment. Tortelli served as ravioli parcels. Chef watched cleaning the pizza oven with a floor mop..... hard to recommend on this basis

Myself, my partner and little boy when here for dinner this evening.. the food was ok , however the service was diabolical!! Both the guys who were serving (one I’m assuming was a manager) had a very “I don’t care” attitude.. we asked for a bottle of prosecco and got 2 glasses instead, the food was more or less slapped in front of us, my chicken was pink in the middle when we pointed it out we were told it was the light, no apology, no would you like a drink on us (not that I was expecting that)..nothing!! At the end of the meal my little boy was hiding just under the table, the “manager” came over and asked if we’d finished we said yes and jokingly said we’ve lost a little boy, to which he replied at the beginning of my shift I would have played along, but I’m too tired!!

The guy behind the pizza bit looked as miserable as sin.. even my 6 year old said mummy he doesn’t look happy does he!!

All 3 of them look very unkept with the waiter wearing dirty red trainers, shirts weren’t that clean and definitely not seen an iron!!

Overall not impressed and will not be be going back!!

Myself and two friends went for a lunchtime meal yesterday. The service was ok but not special. My meal, Crab Cake Nicoise, was lacking in dressing and the Crab lacked flavour. I was very sick a couple of hours after eating and I think that there was prawn mixed with the crabmeat and I am

allergic to prawns. Either that or something was off. The coffee machine was not working so we had to go elsewhere for our coffees. As it was my birthday meal I had a code for a free bottle of prosecco and I used my gourmet card for 25% off the bill.

What a disappointment! We went yesterday to have a birthday meal with a friend and waited and waited for the food to arrive but it never did. As we waited for more than 1 hour for a simple salad, we took the executive decision to pay for our drinks and leave. What I was more astonished is that no one from the restaurant explained to us what the problem was or why they took so long. Only a very embarrassed waiter had the decency to apologise for the long wait we had to endure. 😢😢

We came for lunch today at Prezzo on the Brighton Marina as usually it is our favourite place to eat however on this visit it was a total let down from start to finish. The service was poor at best: we'd finished our starter before our drinks arrived with no apology on wait, one of the waiters had dirty red trainers on (great when he's walking in and out of a food prep area), despite asking numerous times no crayons could be provided for our 4 year old and waiting times were awful despite not being that busy, again with no apology. Also when visiting the toilets a door was proped open to the food storage room with boxes of urinal cakes, I would be very interested to know what your hygiene rating is for this establishment. It just seemed none of the staff knew what they were doing and perhaps some more in-house training wouldn't go amiss. Unfortunately this has put us off visiting this particular chain again.

Was given a three course meal and prosecco as a birthday present - decided to us this Thursday evening last week. On arrival was shown to table but no waiter came back for 20 minutes to take drink order - was told we could have house wine (no prosecco) when questioned what the house wine was - waiter had no idea so opted to buy a Sauvignon!! Finally drinks turned up - very unfriendly service - think we were being treated like second class citizens because of voucher. Only three starters to choose from!! 5 main courses and three desserts!! What a treat!! All the way through food was almost thrown on the table and no customer consideration - decided to escape and buy two large gin and tonics in nearby westherspoons where quite honestly were treated better. Prezzo management at Brighton need to step up!! Shame on you!! Not going back ever again / lost custom!!

Pre booked a table - ended up by the toilets (even the staff liked embarrassed at the only tables available)!

Toilets - didn't look like they'd been cleaned in weeks with piss on the floor and marks up the walls.

Noise levels - so loud you could not hold a normal conversation

Food - okay I guess although we nearly got the wrong food as the waitress could not understand me (language barrier or noise levels?).

Overall - would never recommend it come back.
