Always have great meals. The chefs are lovely. Diogo always cooks me a lovely calzone. Love how friendly & happy they always are in there.

Brilliant experience we went for my daughters 17th birthday. service was spot on & as always the food was amazing. I would highly recommend this place especially as we had our 5 year old with us who also felt included which in my experience little ones don't normally get much interaction with staff but they were brilliant. & he also loved the food & that's saying something with my fussy eater x

7 of us went here on on Sunday, the food was lovely ( especially the chicken and wild mushroom ravioli!!), the staff were friendly and helpful. I was visiting relatives so I don’t live locally but would definitely try my local Prezzo now 😀

Out with my besties last night at Prezzo in Fleet we had a very warm welcome and we did not have to wait long to be seated at our table. We had a lovely waitress very helpful and our starters and mains were brilliant then out comes our much awaited puds and guess what !!!!!!! Maureen found a very long hair right the way through her puddiing the Manager's comment was "Well it's not one of mine" which he repeated over and over we were offered another pudding but it was late then and it was very obvious that they wanted us to leave not how we should have been treated�� photo to be sent though to head office

Love the staff but the Italian (I think) manager is a fluster, loud, running around! Very hard to relax when he is there.... really in your face...



Food is good and service from other staff is excellent !!

Looked after us well ( hen night ) but my soup was truly disgusting. It tasted as though a pint of vinegar had been tipped into it. Totally inedible. Complained to the waiter - who totally ignored me!

Food ordered and within minutes it was served, almost too quickly and went cold . Very noisy atmosphere could hardly hear ourselves talk as a table of two. Service was almost too efficient if that makes sense, no time to allow food to go down before we were being asked if we wanted order dessert.

Very disapointing waited over an hour for starters waited a long time for all drinks and waited over an hour for our mains in total we were in there for over 3 hours not really a good birthday meal only good point was the food and 10% knocked off for the inconvenience

We were a group of ladies sat next to a really rowdy table of men. Could hardly hear ourselves talk. My starter mushrooms were strivvled to nothing, no moz cheese, friends crab cakes were 4 tiny crab balls! Quite disappointed. Fleet.
