We hadn't been back to Prezzo for some time, the previous time we went the service was worse than bad. What a change this time, the whole experience was excellent, a real turn around, our waiter was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good and very well presented.

Very nice staff and very good food .I definitely back !

Slow service but was evident they were short staffed & very busy and still did a fantastic job

Excellent food,excellent service, Waiter's were more than happy to make everything perfect for me and especially my daughter.even had time to have a chat with us and make her pudding exactly how she wanted it.nothing was a problem can't wait to go back again 100% satisfied customer.

This was my first visit to Prezzo and had a Lovely lunch. Meals very fresh and flavoursome. The new mixed meatballs were very yummy. The cheeseboard was okay but not enough crackers. I enjoyed the meal, experience and service. I would go back again.

My wife and I attended Prezzo in Shepperton last night (14/01/18) for dinner. We love the place, been there so many times having great memories with family and friends. We were also there Christmas Eve 2017. Usually we have a wonderful time there, with the staff looking after you very well. Food is usually very good there too. Last night’s experience was a little disappointing this time. We were not looked after as well as usual, and not offered any dessert, tea or coffee. It was a sad end to great start at Prezzo, and that is not like them.

Disappointed with prawns which were not cooked properly when my husband pointed out to the waitress she argued that they were cooked in the morning- wrong- prawns should NEVER be cooked that long in advance, however she took the dish back pizzas great salad with salmon balls very tasty

Waiters seemed to have the hump because we we talking !! Sorry but i go out for a meal to chat with my friends as well as eat !! Drinks were added to the bill that we didnt order and didnt think food was as good as its been in the past . Thought it was expensive to be honest . Wont be going back in the near future !!

The food is good, but the restaurant is let down by the level of service. We walked in and asked for a table for 1 adult and 2 children. We were told that we could have a table if we were finished by 7pm, we said that was no problem. An hour later we were still waiting for our main course. After pointedly looking at the waiters, one finally came over and asked if we would like to order desserts or coffees. It was that point I informed him that we were still waiting for our main course!!! It turned up shortly after that. Everything else ran smoothly. One of the waiters was really friendly and chatty with the kids which was nice.

The food and service was excellent however the waiter at the end of night come along and asked why we were short on the service charge.

We had spent over £300 that night and was short by £6 on the service charge which was actually an accident.

Very rude and completely out of order as we had between us paid a £30 tip anyway.

Shame as I have been there several times especially for birthdays and always received excellent service and food.

It was nice at the time and service was really good but I later on had food poisoning from eating your chicken Cesar salad which has put me off for life �

I'm afraid this restaurant has gone down hill. I've been twice in one week and both times service was rubbish. Won't be going back.

I love the food but service last night was atrocious! They should warn you when you arrive that they are short staffed so you are prepared! We went at 5.00pm as we had a baby with us who needed to be in bed at 7.We left Prezzo at 8 as service was so awful. Desserts and coffee stone cold! No apologies and still service charge added to the bill!! Won't be back for a very long time �
