Xmas competition is now open!
... Rules are as follows:
Event 1: competitors will deadlift their bodyweight as many times as possible within two minutes.
Event 2: competitors will hang from the chin up bar with an overhand grip for as many seconds as possible. (chalk allowed)
Event 3: competitors will hold 5kg dumbbells crucifix style for as many seconds as possible as soon as they drop below parallel the watch will be stopped.
All scores will be added together :)
Entry is £4
First prize: One month's membership, a prophecy tee shirt and a bag of pure 80 protein!
Prizes available for top 5!
