The gym is great, but the five stars go to the amazing zumba class on Tuesdays! Energy and fun all in one class! Just love it!

Nice friendly gym staff very helpful good equipment love the pool and classes are good lots if different ones the spin class is great the instructor was very nice after my first attempt may have given up but she was so nice and helpful going go back

Just joined pulse and so far so good. Zana at the reception was really friendly and gave us a good tour of the facilities. Myself and my husband just had our induction yesterday with Jacob and it was really good. Jacob was amazing, took us through what we wanted out of our workouts and we had a chance to familiarise ourselves with some of the equipment we were interested in using. Looking forward to the classes too. Everyone seems very friendly and ready to help which is great for beginners like us. Thank you guys.

It's priced very reasonably, very good friendly staff and customers alike . Great place to be able to work out in peace . I would recommend it to anyone!!

It's my second home...the staff are very helpful and the customers friendly... a first class gym with excellent facilities and classes with excellent instructors... I recommend highly. The gym has everything including a swimming pool,sauna and steam room and very reasonably priced membership

I have been going to this gym for at least 6 years, a few changes have happened but love going as I feel relaxed. The staff are lovely and polite and always helpful. It's a shame sadly about not having the free guest pass as my work colleagues said sounds like a great gym. The new locker system was a bit of a surprise as didn't know til I came in but love the facilities available.

Great gym, I am very happy with my choice after a pretty disappointing one at another local gym. Pulse feels like a proper gym and I am really enjoying the classes and the atmosphere.

Been going for 3 weeks solid now and it is defiantly the best gym I have been too, staff are great and the classes are amazing just wish I have more hours in the day to do more stuff

A friendly, reasonably priced yet very well equipped gym where regulars are made to feel as if it was a second family.

The facilities are great, and 99% of the staff are brilliant. The only thing I would love to see improve are the showers and hairdryers could be more powerful. Other than that, excellent gym.

Great gym, good pool great atmosphere truly a glorious house of gains. Only things keeping it from getting a 5 is the lack of a swimwear drier and would be nice to have vending machines with preworkout, bcaa drinks etc..





Unrelated to score it would be nice to have a lifting log and some atlas stones

Lockers can be in short supply even when the gym is not fall.

When are you going to upgrade your lockers to accept new £1 coins? I was told "sometime in November"... Not really good enough, can't use the pool until it's sorted. Or at least have some spare behind reception.

The opening hours friday evening and weekends need to be reviewed as lots of people work weekends and struggle to fit in the gym around work.

Pulse Carshalton is a great leisure centre with good facilities but it's being ruined by a minority of selfish customers. Please can something be done about people who use the steam room then jump straight in the pool without showering (it's disgusting) and I see so many people ignore the signs and do it. Also, would be great if people (and I can only talk about the men's changing room here!) could stop the almost constant shouting, swearing and chucking of rubbish on the floor and in the shower cubicles. Come on people, think about others around you and show a little consideration!!

Disappointed to turn up tonight to yogatone to find the cover that was in place to cover Michelle being away was a no show...I hear this is not the first time that Joya has chosen to simply not turn up for work when she has agreed to cover someone's class...why continue to use Joya if she has done this previously on numerous occasions? I would be interested to know please...several participants have taken the time out of their evening to attend this class :(

Disapointed pool has no music even though I ask i will be expecting a 5.oo credit for each time this occurs as i am paying a lot of money.
