Love the energy and staff really professionals, awesome classes, lots of choices . Worth every penny.

I love all the classes pure fat burn pure abs pure circuits. If you want to have a good workout do jay akarsi classes

Great gym 24/7 feeling the pain. Clean with lots of toys and helpful staff

Fantastic gym, everyone is so friendly and so helpful, equipment is safe to use especially the bikes in the spin classes, the classes are getting there I had body pump today and it was brilliant!!! I did go to a class on sunday wont name which one and who it was, but It wasn't the best but I do have faith in this place so 5* from me x

This gym is great really enough space between equipment , would be really good if management considers getting a couple boxing bags in

It made me very tired. Not sure why I'd want to do that again!!. At least Burnham has hangers and bins (Take note Staines!!)...plus if you are going there after work 1800-1830 you won't get a parking spec...no chance. All round decent with plenty of equipment. Would like an abs rocker though for crunches please.

I joined from a higher end gym worried. No need to be... the equipment is of good standard and I've only done spin classes so far and they are fab... Charlie is a fab teacher (no slacking allowed) and they other staff are just great at helping. The place is very clean and love the padlock idea as I was always losing my key... honestly if you want a gym with all an expensive gym has minus the price tag pure gyms the one... there's always little problems but this is the same with any gym..

I agree with the seat thing it does she'll in there and the air con leaks as for staff haven't seen any lol

Gym is great and equipped good! Car park needs to be bigger as not enough spaces. I’m happy with prices as u get your moneys worth

Not enough equipment especially on the weights on the lower level by the spinning bikes, always waiting to long to use the equipment

I like the gym but you get what you pay for. Equipment needs replacing, car parking is manic and inconvenient, air con tends to drip, weights are very very rarely put back and things get pretty humid. I enjoy the classes and all instructors are really friendly and encouraging, all staff seem approachable. Just a shame people aren't looking after what they have.

Brilliant gym cant fault it , only one complaint and that is that its full of school kids . Its more of a social club for them . Hogging all the machines not training just socialising and if you ask them they all have 20 sets left no gym savvy wot so ever ...

Ac or ventilation need urgent maintenance. Open all doors and windows once a day to refresh the gym. Some sanitary equipment necessary. Toilets .... no comment .

The classes are brilliant can’t fault them. Sometimes overpacked with people but brilliant atmosphere.



But the parking is a absolute joke! You get a parking ticket if you don’t park in their bays and if you park outside of the gym you still get a parking ticket! There’s no sign to warn you about this being watched by a private company. PureGym really need to expand on their parking!

Ok amount of machines, lots of cardio equipment and light dumbbells. However for strength training there's barely any equipment. 2 squat racks, biggest dumbbell is 50kg and only ONE BENCH!?!? For a massive gym for such a big company having one bench is shocking!! Car park is no where near big enough either! One day I had to park 100m down the road and walk!

Gave this gym a second chance... way too many people... we went again on Monday, there was only 80 people so not bad. Yesterday, there were 140! It was packed, all machines being used and people waiting. There should be a limit of memberships. I'm moving gym and never coming back. Also, the bicycles are horrible, but the picture on the front of the building shows a new one....

Immediately upon entry I walked into a stench of bodily odour x 75! All mirrors were steamed up from the lack of ventilation! I literally had to make sure I didn't loose my breath whilst training to minimize sucking in the wall of smell. To add to this horrific experience whilst doing my thing on the flat bench the air con thought it was absolutely fine to leak over my face! As you can imagine I left with no pump and needing a bleach bath. Good day!

I joined the gym last week, wrong information was provided by the staff, wanted to have it resolved today but staff on duty couldn't help and asked me to call the call centre number, waited nearly half an hour on the phone but could get through anyone. Bad experience
