Lovely selection of products. Unfortunately I did have a problem with my order but customer services were very helpful in rectifying this for me in a reasonable timeframe. It's easy to forget smaller companies don't have the resources to manage customer enquiries 24/7, it's become a bit of an expectation now unfortunately, so thanks for sorting quickly �
Love my two dog hooks! I put the info into my order requesting a breed not listed and the hooks arrived with the correct names under the correct breed, very fast service too. Would have been 5 stars but the Cockapoo tail looks docked, not a swish tail like my Bob’s!
Ordered one of the birthday cakes for my dog, it arrived much earlier than the date I stated so sat in the fridge for days. It looked very pretty and was really excited for my dogs to have it, they eat anything but wouldn’t touch the cake. Really disappointed and won’t be buying from there again. Also I’ve been scrolling through feedback to this site and seems like many of them are fake profiles or far away countries.. �
Very sorry to say but so disappointed in the customer service. Have had a couple of problems with non-delivery of one item & damage to another but am still waiting for a reply to my emails & for someone to sort it out. Thought I'd found a little gem of a company & they sell some great stuff, but unfortunately it doesn't look like I'll be ordering anything else from them anytime soon as it's just too much hassle & stress 🙁
If possible I would give 0 stars. This company is a fraud company, they take your money then refuse to send the product, when you do ask where the product is they say that they tried to email you and contact you, yet they never did. They claim they refunded me, but have not.
NEVER ORDER FROM THEM, appauling customer service.
The staff member called Jen just hung up on me, when I asked her to send the product.
DO NOT TRUST !
I'm not one to complain but I this is my experience.
I ordered a cake over 4 weeks ago to arrive today 27/03/2018.
I got the cake but there was no shopping details or anything the customer service is poor.
This is what I feel happened.
When I realised there had been no delivery date I emailed Perfectlyyappy to ask them if I could still expect the cake -no reply.
I facebooked messaged-seen no reapply.
You're asking why I didn't ring? This is due to being on breaks at work.
Emailed today asking if it would be delivered and told 'We are finding your tracking number'.
The cake arrived by next day delivery. So personally it feels like my email yesterday was the kick up the bum.
It came broken and badly package to which I have let them know I have recieved but it's come with broken bits.
No reply.
