This is Ava she is one of my junior students. Even though she was only 4 years old when she first started she has done so well. She takes everything in so well sometimes quicker than the older students. Yes she does get a bit excited some times which is not a bad thing it just shows she is comfortable in the class environment. I believe that Karate is the best things you can get your children in to. Not only do the children gain confidence and discipline they make new friends... and the club is like one big family. If you donŌĆÖt believe me you could ask any parent that brings their children to my club and I guarantee they would say the same. If you want your children to come along and give Karate ago then they are welcome to have a FREE taster lesson on any Wednesday or Friday at 6.30 @ Castle Connections in Queenborough. Superb instruction best club around nice to have the opportunity to train there on my travels

Myself and daughter attend this club and I have to be honest it's amazing. John bower is an excellent sensei he takes his time going through the moves with you so you get them right. He has a heart of gold and is very patient. It doesn't matter if your a slow leaner or a fast learner he has something for everyone to attempt.

Would recommend this club over and over again. ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐ Į’┐Į

My two kids absolutely love attending karate, John is amazing with the children and all the kids help each other , everyone is friendly I recommend bringing your child along ’┐Į .

My son attends JohnŌĆÖs Karate School. He really enjoys it and canŌĆÖt wait for Friday to come around ’┐Į. John is an excellent sensei and teacher - has a great personality, sense of humour, good with kids and very very patient ’┐Į’┐Į. Highly recommended.

My 8 year old son attends this club and absolutely loves it. He's had issues with his confidence and can be so shy but since jointing karate he has really come out of his shell. The sensei John is supportive, fun and makes the kids feel like they can achieve anything! I would defo recommend! Xx

My 7 year old daughter loves this club, Sensei John is great with the pupils and really encouraging, a great mix of humour with the serious business of Karate.

My 2 kiddies love karate, john is a great teacher and wonderful with the kids x
