This review is on behalf of my mother, Ann Black who visited Gren to have treatment to her front teeth. Excellent service provided by Gren who was very calm and reassuring throughout. Lauren, the dental nurse was also very calm and reassuring with a pleasant manner, asking several times if my mother was alright. My mother is extremely satisfied with the service received and says her teeth look 20 years younger!

Today I had my wisdom tooth removed with Local anaesthetic by the superb Dr Wendy Keen and dental nurse Louise. What looked like an already difficult procedure turned out to be more challenging than first thought. Dr Keens professionalism and experience was outstanding which enabled the tooth to be removed successfully. I was reassured throughout the procedure and given regular breaks if needed. Thank you again to Dr Keen and Louise.

Our little boy (aged just 5) had a tooth removed this afternoon at Queensway by Donna and her assistant. After a very nervous few days prior to this for both me and my husband, I can't begin to thank the clinic for their professional, child friendly, loving and patient centred treatment. Our little boy had no idea and still doesn't that he has had a tooth removed! Thank you so much - we cannot thank you enough! Queensway continue to amaze us with everything they do.

Never appreciated the dentist till I had to actually have repairs �. Staff are great and the quality is awesome. It’s a stretch to pay for treatment but the value and service you receive is way beyond anything I experienced on the NHS so it worth it in my book!

I went to Queensway in Billingham for the first time 3 years ago having a fear of dentists... & I can safely say that I have had a wonderful experience at Queensway & my fears are well & truly gone. Paul Averley & Guy Deeming provided me with a very professional, friendly service & always made me feel at ease. I originally went for root canal treatment, which has been an issue for me for 20 years...I have had successful treatment & since had braces & teeth whitenening. I now have teeth that I'm not afraid to show off... thank you to all at Queensway for all your help, your efforts are greatly appreciated!

I have never been happy with the shape of my teeth so after my brace treatment I had composite bonding on my top front teeth done by Will Carter and it has changed my smile! For the first time ever I am happy with my teeth and I can’t thank everyone enough! Thank you Will and Lisa!�

I had root canal treatment by Dr Edge she was fantastic and put me at ease, and explained everything. Her and Sam make a superb team. Thank you girls �

I cannot praise the service and care I have received over the last 2 years highly enough, it has been excellent both from the orthodontic and dental side of the business. I was referred to Guy to explore the option of braces and along with Paul they developed a treatment plan, explained the process from start to finish and what I could expect as an outcome. Along the way they, and their staff, have been fantastic , friendly, professional and caring, nothing was ever too much trouble and they always took the time to explain everything in detail. After finishing the orthodontic work, Paul has transformed my teeth with new crowns and composite bonding, the end result far exceeding any expectations I had. I now have a smile I once only dreamed of, confident now in my appearance and ability to smile freely. I cannot express my thanks enough to to all who have been involved in my treatment and would not hesitate to recommend Queensway and all the staff to anyone thinking of following a similar path. Hi I feel like I have to give some feedback on my treatment this morning. I had to have an intensive scale and polish due to excess build up and staining from using corsodyl to treat wisdom tooth problems and Jenny has done an amazing job bringing them back up to scratch. They've knocked my confidence smiling for the past 6 months or so and I am truly over the moon. Worth every single penny. Thankyou so much. Xxx

Finished the practical implant training today with dr. Ian Lane; massive thank you for all the guidance and patience to get me from 0 implant knowledge to where I am today; by far best training course I’ve ever done and I’ve been on quite a few!! I cannot praise enough the skills, passion and ethics that you have and I would highly recommend you both as a mentor and as a dentist to any of my fellow colleagues and to my patients as well; a nice atmosphere in the practice overall and everyone has went above and beyond to help out. Thank you as well to your 2 lovely nurses Gemma that were most kind to pass as much info and help on as possible. Just incredible!! Dr. Andreea Shavit

Can't recommend Queensway enough. Will fixed my teeth yesterday to a standard I didn't think existed, I'm simply blown away.

I felt completely at ease with both Will and Sally the hygienist plus their assistants.

I broke my front teeth when I was so young that I can't remember how they felt before. But after getting them properly fixed at Queensway yesterday, for the first time in my life that I can remember, I can run my tongue along the back of my teeth without huge lumps or ragged edges that were there from previous repair work. I can't believe how perfect they are. Thank you �Xxx

As someone who has been afraid of the dentist for over 50 years , it has been wonderful to be able to work with Paul Averley. He is a excellent dentist and has been looking after my teeth and gums for almost a decade. I am delighted with my smile and with my overall oral hygiene. Sally , my hygienist has also been patient and has ensured that I am looking after my teeth and gums properly.

After weeks of agony dealing with other dentists and problem after problem I finally went for a check up at Queensway (by this time I was extremely anxious, in pain like I’ve never experienced before and developed a bit of a phobia) I went in for a check up and proceeded with treatment. The treatment was excruciating but the way they handled it, reassured me and talked me through every step was absolutely amazing!! I can not stress how professional and caring my dentist Amanda (edge I think) was!! There’s no doubt in my mind I will never go to another dentist again and I cannot stress how good Amanda was with me. Thank you you Queensway!! See you at my next checkup! And once again thank you so much.
