Went to the elf express today. Best Santa experience ever and for a really good price. Definitely be back next year. Excellent for kids and adults . Well done Quex

User

Went to the Jazz at quex. Hots totsy were really good , lots of people up dancing in the markey, followed by The Bay Jazz Band who are always great , good weather and lots of people .

User

Went to quex scare maze first year I’ve been and this got be best around Thanet 10/10 for all hard work that been put into this

User

Went for the Disney Fireworks Display, absolutely fantastic! Staff were great, amazing fireworks, lots to do. Tickets were reasonably priced but rides were a bit much (£4 each on go karts!). Kids loved it though as did the grown ups!

User

We were very impressed with the museum and the range of exhibits. I sincerely hope that theses collections are now no longer collected but the fact that this collection is preserved is important.

User

We were lucky enough to be able to visit Santa at Quex park on Christmas Eve and I must say it was by far the BEST grotto experience we've had & worth every penny!

The Santa express was good, with everyone getting a elf hat, the elves were very engaging & the magical elf woods was very festive but the highlight was climbing the tower for a story and present for the main man himself & due to the sensible group sizes each child got to have a photo with him

The mince pies & prosecco during the Christmas quiz was a lovely ending to a amazing experience, can't wait to book for next year!!! Thank you Quex I have 3 happy and excited children I'm putting to bed this Christmas Eve merry Christmas to all the staff & elves

User

We walked round the gardens before exploring the museum. The quirky mix of animals, textiles and artefacts highlighted Major Percy Powell-Cotton's voyages of discovery beginning in the 1890s and continuing until the 1930s. We thought it was fantastic and enjoyed lunch in Mama Feelgoods cafe too. Staff were very friendly and we'll be back in the summer when the house is open.

User

We visited the maze, climbed the tower, nature trail/obstacle course and giant bouncy things not sure on there technical name lol age range was 8-62 we all had a great day and it was lovely to see the inner child come out in all of us!!

User

We spent this morning onboard the Elf Express at Quex Park today. I can honestly say it was one of the best ‘Santa’ experiences that we have treated our daughter to and without doubt memorable for her for herself and her brother’s first Christmas! Such good value for money and it was fantastic to be so involved in the fun as parents too! We particularly liked ‘Sprinkles’ and ‘Muccachoccolatar’ the elves who were very entertaining! Could not believe the amount of treats we all got and how many different activities were involved. Definitely one to remember! Thanks so much from the Piper Family!

User

We are back from a lovely trip to Elf Towers! Really wanted to let you all know what a great job you're doing - in particular the elf at the end (with supplies for the parents) who played hide and seek with the kids! I think it could be the best Santa trip we've ever had. Thank you very much!

User

Was well organised good atmosphere, but the fireworks were amazing so pleased we got tickets very early to avoid disappointment, will see you next year. Well done

User

WOW..... Thank you for a Fab Santa Experience, we all loved it 10/10 Elf Express.....

User

Visited the lovely cafe/restaurant and it was amazing and very well priced. Followed by a fun trip to jungle jims. Might make it a regular thing!

User

Spent a couple of hours here whilst over visiting my sister...what a great place..we went to jungle jims and the outside park also...lots for kids to do...my girls aged 12&5 both had fun..so much more in the complex also to do...my little niece is also having a birthday party there...great price..happy kids..no complaints here...

User

My son went with a few friends for his 14th birthday and the staff were ever so helpful they did a half day paintball session and the boys loved it.

User

It is our first time here for the charity uk homes 4 heroes pride and passion. we love it & hope to come back next year

User

I took my 2 granddaughters aged 3 and 1 with their other Nanny to the Elf Express experience yesterday and really enjoyed it. The ride on the trailer behind the tractor through the wood was great fun and hats off ( and Xmas hats (included) on), to the Elf who started off the fun! The muddy walk to the Tower could have had more bark chippings down, as it was very wet. The Tower was extremely Christmassy, and the Father Christmas was the best I've seen. His manner with the children was perfect. Everyone (children I mean) got a gender and age appropriate gift. Elf here was lovely too and was great with the kids. Through the door into Elfland was a nice touch and the Choccywokky Elf made us laugh, and everyone adults and kids got chocolate goodies. Then on to the Woodland Elf and snow machine, where we all received a wood carving. By this time everyone was freezing!! Then the last Elf stop who got us all dancing! And gave out candy canes. We had to make our own way back for the mince pies and prosecco by which time we were so cold we left but apparently we missed hide and seek. All in all a fab experience with lots of goodies and surprises. We will definitely go again next year and wear more clothing!! Well done Quex!

User

I spent the day here with my family, we had a wonderful time tackling the two mazes , the kids also loved the giant pillow and the woodland assault course . We did think the pony rides were a little overpriced but the girls did have a go , that said the girls looking after the ponies were friendly and made sure hats fitted correctly etc. We have been to Quex many times and would definitely come again .

User

Had to escape from the absolutely dire Thronefest held at Quex Park today and went to your café. What a pleasure. Courteous and prompt service with a delicious and sizeable chunk of cake!! Thank you!

User

Had a fantastic time , the grandchildren really did enjoy themselves , I would recommend anyone to visit qeux park if you want an interesting day out.

User

Had a beautiful day at Quex Park at the classic car show. Me & My five year old son learned lots about the American civil war and the 1st & 2nd world war including getting to see loads of different cars and to experience different eras. Me & hubby also got to relax white lovely fresh hot pasties & chips and a cold beverage. Will definitely be going again next year. Oh and the live music was also great. Well worth a go.

User

Great time had, only went in the museum and used crazy golf and paintballing, as there was a jazz festival and vw show going on, it was really buzzing. Great customer service. Will be back again in the summer holidays.

User

Great fireworks display.lots of food outlets to choice from.nice fun fair.both firewors were amazing.only little down side was th lack of sound at th back.could add of rear speakers next year.

User

Great fireworks and bonfire event, well worth the money and a great evening out for the whole family

User

Firework and Bonfire event. Great evening and good choice of food. Fireworks were amazing! Well done loved it

User

Elf Express was great. My two year old and seven year old both had an amazing time today. Definitely worth every penny.

User

Crazy golf was brilliant !! a great day out for all the family and very friendly staff, will visit again very soon

User

Brillant time had by us this evening, would highly recommend and will be back next year. So magical and kids loved it. Elves were amazing. Us adults enjoyed it too.

User

Amazing! Best fireworks display I have ever seen! Will defo be going next year - can’t wait to hear what the theme will be

User

Absolutely amazing. We visited the elf express with our 3 children and have to say it's the best Christmas experience we have done. Excellent value for money and all the elves involved were amazing. Can't wait to see what you have in store for us next year.

User

Really enjoyed VW show 2 years in a row. Beautiful gardens too. A lovely place to while away a summer's day.

User

Had a lovely evening with my boyfriend and watching the fireworks & bonfire. A very big field to walk round :-)

User

Great night at the fireworks 👏 . Getting out the car park... not so much fun but it was expected.

User

Tickets were reasonable priced we brought ticket number 2 which allowed you access to the crazy golf, jungle jims and the field of fun.

Golf was great a bit tight with spare balls can't expect children to not lose a ball or two.

Jungle jims was fine shame you can't take your own food to the outside area but never mind.

However I don't think the children using a chair to get onto the zip wire was very safe but no one seemed to get hurt and it's the parents responsibility to look out for their own children.

Field of fun I was a bit disappointed thought it would be spread out more and on a bigger field i also thought the giant pillow was not suitable for under 5s, it would be great if there was a smaller pillow suitable for smaller children. It just wasn't safe for my younger child to go on it too many older children on it and I struggled to stand up with him on it let alone him on it on his own.

I would go again but would either not take my younger son and only take my older 2 or avoid the field of fun due to the giant pillow and my younger son not being able to play on it as I'm sure you can understand it's not fair for my older 2 to be able to play but not my younger son.

User

I went here for the first time yesterday with my children who are 6 and 7 years of age. I thought jungle Jim's was good and reasonable priced but I thought the Lazer tag was expensive and decided not to do it in the end also my children wanted to see the horses and we got told your not allowed to as it's private they were very upset about that. Overall I would like to go again and see what else they have to offer.

User

Fireworks were great but very disappointed and annoyed that the times were changed for the displays. When times are stipulated then should go by those times. Won't go again as lots of hanging around and not enough to do especially for young children.

User

Today, 12 of us drove to Quex park to see the Reinpaca’s, and enjoy a ‘magical’ Christmas experience. Aunty Anna had promised her nieces, nephews and godchildren a wonderful experience meeting some of my favourite animals.

We paid our £5.00 per person and were directed to where the alpacas were waiting. Which was a small area behind a building. Two alpacas were lead over to the concreted area, and plonked in front of us. We all stood there for 15 minutes. And then we left.

No Fairytale Cinderella carriage (we could see it parked up in the barn), and all the other alpacas were away in the field. Other people who hadn’t paid wandered in and joined in looking too....

The little faces of all the tiny special humans in my life looked up at me with disappointment, whilst I apologised to everyone for wasting their morning.

A very poor show....wasn’t worth the drive, let alone the money. Very disappointing indeed.

User

The place looks rather neat on arrival but that's about it for positives, the mini golf was a nice addition but it was rather expensive for a family of 4 and I lost interest half way through, the outdoor play area wasn't exactly the best I had seen and I had to pay £6 for both of my kids to use it when I could have taken them to my local park for free! It seems just every little thing has a price against it. Introduce a one off family entrance fee and leave it at that.

User
