What can I say apart from absoutley tremendous service as always in the. Waterlooville store.

Thank you for so much Phil and Les for sorting out my daughters compound bow. New string and cables fitted. Bows all set up beautifully now and her shooting is showing it.

Cant recommend this place enough... top class

User

Went to Waterlooville for a beginners recurve bow, arrows and accessories for my 11-year old.

Wonderful service from friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a huge selection of equipment available in-store.

Having had the opportunity to try out the bow in the onsite range, we've come away with some great starter kit, with flexibility to upgrade later, and with one very happy child.

User

Well impressed, ordered some arrows to be made on Monday, hoping they'd arrive for the weekend shoot and BOOM, arrived on Wednesday! Thanks very guys!

User

Was at the Sapcote branch last week and I cannot sing their praises enough. They were kind enough to get the limbs in early for me to try and sorted out the centre shot for me then and there!

Will always recommend everyone to head to Sapcote Quicks.

User

Visited the Sapcote branch last weekend, it is an hour and a half drive for me but I had heard good things. I am a total novice archer and the guys in the shop were so helpful, taking the time to talk through everything with me ( and help me out when I got terminology wrong ). I left with my goodies including a brand new back pack style carry bag. Unfortunately when I got home and started putting everything in my shiny new bag, I discovered one of the zips was faulty and wouldn't stay zipped up. I emailed the branch explaining that I wouldn't be able to drive all the way back for a number of weeks and although I appreciate it wasn't their fault, was there anything we could do about the zip? I got an email straight back saying they would swap the bag for me and even pay for the postage both ways! I was soo pleased with this service, they didn't have to do that for me as it was a manufacturer fault and nothing to do with the store but I cannot thank them enough for all there help and would highly recommend them for they're fantastic service!

User

Traveled over to the store, got there super late due to traffic, but the guys didn’t rush us out. Phill is a legend, Help me pick out my new bow without any weird salesman tactics. They are going to setup me up properly free of charge, no need for dodgy YouTube setup vids well worth the money and definitely worth a visit!

Thanks guys

Mike

User

The branch I went to for my first bow was the waterlooville branch and I must say that it is a wonderful place full of wonderful people who spend the time to help you get what you need. Thanks to them I am now fully equipped to properly take up the sport I love.

User

Thanks to a grant from the Association of Royal Naval Officers[ARNO]/Royal Naval Officers Charity [RNOC] (Supported by Soldiers, Sailors and Air Force Association [SSAFA] and Forgotten Veterans Uk [FVUK] - If permitted, I'll provide the links to the various charities...) I was gifted some money to set me up with the appropriate gear to compete in the Invictus Games trails this April. Les was a total wonder! Having been a barebow archer before, he had me on the range with the proposed riser and limbs and soon coached my style and limbs strength... Downstairs, every single attachment and accessory was not only advised upon, but justified (especially when 'coaching' something cheaper). I suffer with PTSD and hate being crowded - and it was, what I consider, a busy day. But Les and the team make me feel like the most important man in the room and enabled me to to take breaks when I needed them.

Not just an amazing archery store, but a set of people that will set you at ease. And in my case, made an injured serviceman, feel special, valued, educated and welcome - something very rare for us wounded, injured and sick service personnel. Thank you so much - and I'll make sure I keep you updated on my Invictus progress (btw - my new kit is enabling me to beat everyone of my PBs!!!!!)

User

Thank you Quick’s manager Les MacPherson and team at Quicks. Your prompt response and excellent after sales service is much appreciated.

I am a Sri Lankan Archer. On July 23,2018 the British coach Michael Peart who joined us as our new Head Olympic Coach pointed out that the archery limbs I use had big cracks in both sides on both limbs... since these were purchased from Quicks, we requested a replacement under warranty... and a special request to send the replacement limbs before I return the cracked ones since it was the Archery competition weekend in Sri Lanka. And he obliged. I didn't have to miss the competition over the weekend and yesterday I received the new replacement limbs looking forward to using them. Thank you. Great service

User

My first visit to Quick's today. I'm new to archery and Robin took a lot of time to advise me and make sure my new bow, plus other equipment, was right for me. Very happy with the results and I got some shooting tips into the bargain.

User

Many thanks to Phil at Quicks Archery for his wonderful and chirpy help yesterday. For Josh's birthday, we finally got him his first recurve bow. Hopefully, he won't tire himself out too early today and he will manage a trip to Andover Archers' clubhouse for his first practice with his new equipment.

We arrived at Quicks just a few minutes after they opened, as suggested by Nick Loader of Andover Archers, and Phil spent (I think) about an hour and a half helping us get the right equipment (on a budget) for Josh. This included spending time on the practice range and giving Josh a few tips to help him gain more consistency and accuracy.

Very impressed. With Quicks and their help.

I would thoroughly recommend Quicks to anyone.

User

Many Thanks to the staff at Waterlooville for all their help on Saturday! Phil and Daniel did a fantastic job on fitting new cables to Vicky's compound! Also, not only did Robin help Holly to get her first archery kit and Nigel help Aliyah to choose a button and long-rod but they both found a little time to give some advice on technique. Excellent service as always and we will continue to recommend Quicks to all of our members!

User

I've been shopping at Quicks in Waterlooville for years now, ever since first going there as a beginner and being told that I shouldn't get a particular piece of equipment because I didn't need it. Any place where they talk themselves out of a sale because that's what's in the customer's interests, you know you can trust them.

Since then I've always shopped there and send my students and club members there as well, safe in the knowledge that they will get good advice and walk away with the kit they need.

They also sell a really good book on horseback archery...

User

I went to quicks just to have a look at some bows with my son, dangerous! We are new to archery but we were already thinking about getting kitted out, we ended up buying two bows with excessarys all tailored to our level. The sales assistant Will spent a huge amount of time with us, a lovely chap and most helpful. I fully recommend quicks and will certainly use again for equipment and advice.

User

I shop at the Waterlooville branch and have had a great experience every time I've been there. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful with the staff covering a range of different disciplines in archery. I have a thirst for information and they are always willing to chat about more detailed technical details etc and spend time with you if you are wanting to try new equipment. As long as they sell it I will buy it from here as it is so valuable to have a place like this to go. My only warning is the shop can get very busy so make sure you leave enough time especially if you are looking to try out any new gear but that is just a sign that it is a popular shop.

User

Great service from Quicks again, and specifically Les, when I had embarrassingly lost a couple of screws from my bow and he was able to find replacements and post them to me.

User

Every time when I shop at Quicks I fell like it's Christmas. I have pleasure to visit them few times

Without doubt I can relay on they experience

1000 % satisfaction every time

Delivery .... I just finish my conversation with Les like yesterday and today I receive my order .

It's a pro store for begginers and pro shooters

Thank you guys and hear you soon

Visited Quicks in Honiton yesterday. Mark was amazing with his knowledge, support and advice. Everything we needed was available or no problem to order. Only downside to our visit is that the team are so dedicated to making sure they get everything right, first time, for their customers, we had to wait for just over an hour, for our turn. Although it did take about the same time to sort out everything we needed and we were then given the same courtesy as shown to everyone else. However a few people couldn't wait and gave up. More, knowledgeable, staff needed on busy days.

My first visit to Quick's today. I'm new to archery and Robin took a lot of time to advise me and make sure my new bow, plus other equipment, was right for me. Very happy with the results and I got some shooting tips into the bargain.

Great service from Quicks again, and specifically Les, when I had embarrassingly lost a couple of screws from my bow and he was able to find replacements and post them to me.

Always a helpful response to any query and staff will do their best to supply your archery needs. Ey remember their customers and as a longstanding visitor, it's lovely to be greeted by name when you go in - and to share a bit of banter!
