Radiators & Bathrooms 4U Description

As well as quality bathroom fixtures and fittings, we specialise in all types of radiators. We don’t just sell them, we also design and make our own range – it’s safe to say we know a thing or two about radiators.

With our radiator sites, we have tried to provide as versatile a range as possible. We don’t just want radiators that are great at heating your home – we want to give our customers the chance to blend them into their existing décor, complement a particular style or make a bold style statement.

We are based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, if you are in the neighbourhood we have a showroom where you can see a range of our products on display – also our customer service team is on hand to talk you through your installation.

What we want…

· For our users to engage with us, and each other in a friendly, civil and positive way.

· Feedback, positive or negative – be brutally honest…
· Links to interesting, relevant content around the web. We will review all external links and remove any that we feel are inappropriate.

What we do not want. . .

We do not want to ever remove content, but for the sake of all our users we will remove content, and perhaps ban the user responsible) in the following circumstances:

· Duplicate posts.
· Unrelated or spam posts.

· Any posts or links to content containing false or unverifiable information about people, products, other users or services.
· Any posts or links to content containing violations of copyright or intellectual property rights – this includes content where express permission from people featured cannot be provided.
· Any posts or links to content containing spam, link baiting or files containing viruses that could damage the operation of other people’s computers or mobile devices
· Any posts or links to content containing attacks on specific groups or any comments meant to harass, threaten or abuse an individual
· Any posts or links to content containing commercial solicitations or the promotion of a competitor.
· Any posts or links to content containing personal information about yourself, other users or SMR staff that is not freely available on Facebook.
· Any posts or links to content encouraging illegal activity.

Please note:

· As we have said, we love feedback BUT only if it is constructive. If you have a complaint about our products or services, please let us know in a manner where we can act upon the problem – this is all encouraged. If this is given in a manner that does not abide by the points set out in ‘What we do not want. . . ’, above or the user ignores requests for further information regarding the issues, we will remove that user’s posts. Our aim is to address any problems that may arise, but if we are not given the opportunity to do this, this content will serve no purpose to us or our users. If this action is repeated, the user will be banned from our page.
· Data protection and privacy rules dictate that we cannot discuss specifics regarding your order on an open forum, such as our Facebook page’s wall. If you have a question or problem, feel free to reach out to us via a general post and we will then continue the conversation via Facebook private message, email, a phone call or some other private medium. Please do not post private information to the Facebook page, this includes your address, order contents, order number, price, post code, address, phone number or any other information you do not want made public. We may need this information to address your question but we will do that using one of the private methods already described. Any posts that do not follow these rules will be removed – we do not want to remove content so please bear this in mind. Queries will be addressed as quickly as possible, normally within XX hours. Questions asked out of hours /holidays etc. will be addressed next working day.

We hate having too many rules, but we want to keep our Facebook page safe and friendly for everyone, we know you understand.
