R. E. D. was developed out of a passion for people, music, dance, fitness and well-being and shares years of expertise and qualifications with its customers. R. E. D. values people first and understands the need for a positive outlook and Total fitness, we aim to consistently grow alongside customers and adapt to the needs of the community, so to reflect this, we are flexible and evolving.

With this in mind, at R. E. D. TOTAL WELLNESS we pride ourselves on strong, current community values and professional conduct, meaning that all classes and training sessions are aimed at providing high standards of service, informal education and exercise coaching at affordable prices within a friendly and non-judgmental environment. R. E. D. training systems are unique because we include the whole person; we emphasize that for a person to be happy, healthy and confident – a balanced, holistic attitude needs to be adopted that includes working on the mental, physical and spiritual sides of each of us.
