We were invited to a birthday party my daughter loved it, brought my 7 ys old son along, he had lots of fun as well with plenty to do and friendly place. Will definitely visit again.
We had a work team building session booked in. Well what an absolutely fantastic afternoon! 1 hour bounce with socks and sandwiches, pizza and juice/teas & coffees all included.
A massive shout out to Chloe & Lizzie our team captains who kept us with challenges and was there throughout...as well as the multiple staff members on hand. Was thoroughly impressed! Thank you so so much...we've said this will definately be a yearly team building event. 🖒
My son has additional needs goes every week with he's carer on there happy hr and he loves it I have no problem booking on line which is easy and when cueing just give my name and child's name and it's done .my younger son also goes every week and he loves it so I'm happy with red kangaroo
Have been to a few trampoline parks before but really enjoyed red kangaroo. All the family had a great time and absolutely loved it. Staff were friendly and helpful especially one girl called Kennedy who was an absolute STAR went out of her way to help and was just absolutely FANTASTIC! Will definitely be going back and hope I see Kennedy there aswell! Lovey girl :)
Fantastic. We had my son's 10th birthday party here. Very well organised. Our party planner was Kennedy and she was brilliant. Thank you. Freddie had a great time. We'll definitely be back. Chrissie :-)
Definitely the best trampoline park. Its never too busy, there's enough parking and parents can actually sit and have a coffee whilst still watching the kids. The only slightly annoying thing is having to buy their socks when you already have trampoline socks
Brilliant would recommend. My four year old hurt herself and the first aider and staff were straight to her even before I could get to her. Thankfully she was fine and after five minutes was back up and bouncing 😁
A massive shout out to our party host Taylor Claxton! Taylor hosted my son’s 4th birthday party on Saturday morning! Taylor was Amazing with the kids and held their attention which is a job in itself!!!! Taylor was full of confidence and his positive happy attitude made my son’s party a huge success and run very smoothly! Thanks Taylor!
We've been here 3 times now. My children really like it. It's clean and well supervised and they serve a really good Mocha ( with cream)
Good place for kids. Not entirely sure what the point is in the workers near the trampolines though, they just stand around chatting whilst kids break all the rules in the video. Accidents waiting to happen!
First time I took my son yesterday. And I and my son had a fab time.
Staff very friendly and approachable which made the experience even more enjoyable.
I would have given 5stars but the ninja warrior section wasn’t open which is what my son really wanted. Maybe this needs to be advertised on website?!
Thank you all
Red Kangaroo is ok, kids enjoy it which is brilliant, wouldn’t say 5 star as parking is horrific due to this we missed 15 minutes of our session today plus they have altered their policy from when they first opened so now you have to purchase their own brand of socks don’t see why you can’t use other brands like when they first opened - can only assume it’s a money making reason! A very expensive activity so we wouldn’t go to often.
Over all great fun but Some activities were closed for most of the session the total wipeout and the ninja course, so never got a chance to go on them,
An hour isn’t long enough 1.5 or 2hrs would be better,
Staff were standing around chatting most of the time and not paying attention to kids that were braking the rules and causing injury to others
My kids normally really like this place however we had to cut short our session as it was unbearably hot, no air con
I visited today at 2pm with a 5yr old and a 7yr old and I was a little disappointed. It seemed incredibly hot inside especially as it was so quiet (was the air conditioning not working?), the drinks machines were empty, the water fountain was broken and there were no staff supervising the food sales area. There were no pugil sticks available on the gladiator beam and all but two of the dodgeballs were missing! The lady on the desk was helpful when we needed water but other than that a little disappointing.
I took my niece and nephew at 4pm on Friday 25th May. The cost of the session was extortionate, I was told I couldn't supervise them myself and then staff were not watching them either. We watched the safety video, intently, so much so that my niece and nephew were shocked to see the staff breaking the rules they'd just agreed too. I was asked to leave the grey mats around the trampolines as I didn't have red kangaroo socks on, which is ridiculous as I had zero intention of bouncing and as a fully grown adult have mastered the art of walking without grippy socks. I then sat in the cafe watching all the staff sit in one corner chatting and taking turns on the trampolines doing double flips (not allowed according to the safety video) and jumping up and down with their heads through the basketball hoops which I would assume my nephew would have been told not to do, only they wouldn't have noticed as they weren't watching. I'll be going further afield to a more professional trampoline park in future.
Don’t have a kids birthday party here, it’s just not worth the money!
I have a massive list of negatives that include, disorganisation, lack of air conditioning, having to ask for nearly everything we should have had, party host seen for about 2mins, missing food, no decorations in party room, staff not supervising as they were to busy shooting hoops, cafe piled with rubbish......seriously I could go on,!!! we had the party last Wednesday evening it wasn’t even that busy so dread to think what it would be like at peak times.
Shall not be returning and recommend you reconsider it thinking of paying out for a party.
Went there yesterday for first time with our grandchildren. Parking was a nightmare and the staff got the wrist bands wrong so the staff were trying to tell our grandchildren that their time was up when in fact they still had half an hour left. Shambles in organisation which I can only put down to it being half term. Won’t be going again soon!
Very disappointed this week
They cancelled fitness class because is a half term??! So I am being discriminated because I don’t have a children or I’m not a child myself ??
New manager new rule I take it !!
We had classes even on bank holidays but I suppose no one cares about customer anymore
