Why Respire? Respire has two dictionary definitions:
1) To recover, hope, courage, or strength after a time of difficulty.
2) To inhale and exhale air for the purpose of maintaining life.

As qualified hypnotherapists this is our reason for being. Through the use of hypnotherapy and other techniques we aim to help you to reflect and refocus your life in a more positive direction.

Respire is a combination of Mandy Bowler and Caroline Wright's knowledge and experience. Both hold a Diploma (with distinction) in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills as well other therapeutic techniques including Reflexology, NLP, Coaching, Mindfulness and Indian Head Massage.

Through a low cost consultation, we identify the nature of your needs and personalise your treatment plan to support your well being or help you to achieve your desired outcome.

With a background in training and personal development we have years of knowledge and experience in delivering a variety of workshops and training opportunities. To this end we are able to design and deliver inspirational and motivational workshops. Our workshops are always interactive and held in a safe supportive environment.

Personal wellbeing and safety are paramount. All our work is professional, and confidentiality is maintained at all times. We are fully insured and our personal development training is ongoing.
