Just received this. This is how far behind the times the UK is on promoting physical exercise (of all types) in helping people with chronic health conditions. Yes you do tailor exercise whether including mobility, cardiovascular or strength to suit the individual. The US, Australia and other countries have been on the case for years. Yet we're only just catching up. Hey Ho, better late than never UK government?!

Do you agree? Could some of these help us feel less stressed and depressed and instead feel happier and more content? I know another I can add which I'm guilty of - 'less android phone, more awareness of whats going on around me and engagement with others'. What else can you come up with?
