Went the out for a meal with my friends last Saturday evening and the service was very good friendly staff and the food was delicious!! There was a live band playing while we ate they were so good do they have a name?

And a great atmosphere when the night club started!

We came here for my wife's birthday. Had a few drinks first, followed by a lovely meal and more drinks. I've read some previous reviews about slow service, but we experienced none of that. The bar staff and waitresses were friendly and the service was good. The place was clean and tidy. Towards the end of the evening it had got busier, but the setvice was still great. It was relaxed which is what we like. A fantastic birthday meal.

I've lost my shoes a couple times here on awesome nights out and they have always been taken care off until I can be reunited with them with no judgment ! Staff are fabalous and friendly! Have eaten here before and enjoyed the food very muchly! Do love a good ol' shin dig on a Friday usually!! �����������

I would like to say i celebrated my 40th last night at your club and it was a great night , great drinks , great music i will be telling everyone its a 5* place

I had a great experience when i visited this restaurant, the staff, atmosphere and food were incredible. I would recommend the coffee and Paella! I will be back!

Had a fabulous time. The cocktails were great, and staff helpful.

The band was great while we ate.

Food was delicious.

And to finish the night the dj was on form too!!!

A brilliant Friday night experience: live music and DJ later providing a great samba atmosphere. Everyone was dancing, all fun, no hassle and quality cocktails served with a smile. A memorable and fun night whether you're on your own or with a group. Quality. :-)

One of my best friends had her Hen Do celebrations at this establishment yesterday, and it was fantastic!



We arrived early and took a seat, the first thing we all noticed was the excellent atmosphere and vibe the place had, even though it was early in the afternoon and fairly quiet. We attended a cocktail masterclass and had tapas to follow. Our host and mixologist was incredible, she had humour, wit and made sure everybody was involved. I didn't catch her actual name, since we all chose Disney character names for the event, so we'll call her Lumiere, since that was her chosen character. We had nibbles and Sangria laid out for us to enioy while she explained the history behind Havana and Bacardi rum, and it was interesting to actually learn something about the drink, rather than simply mixing and drinking it. Lumiere showed us how to make a classic Mojito followed by a Western Mojito...



After we had all had some fun and games, the Bride was suitably embarassed alongside her Maid of Honour as they donned a bright yellow poncho in order to make a Zombie...sorry for the half made cocktail that took a fall into the sink by the way! As this took a long time, it did mean we couldn't make our favourite cocktail as planned, however Lumiere ensured the drinks were made for us and these were brought over to our table before dinner.



Next, it was time for food. There were 13 of us in total, and we had opted for the BBQ chicken tapas. There was a band playing while we ate and the place became much busier, it was great fun.

My only criticisms are with the food and how it was served. The tables were broken down into 3, and this made sharing food rather tricky as the dishes came out in large, singular dishes, so it was hard to see what was available and took a while to pass around. My suggestion would be to break dishes down into at least 3 smaller dishes, so that sharing them amongst a large, split party is easier and saves elbows, knocked drinks and people missing out on food (baring in mind there was a live band playing so we had to shout across 2 tables to ask for a dish). The food itself was lovely, the mushrooms in particular, but the meatballs were very dry and although the chicken was BBQ, it was very spicy, so a few of the ladies and I were unable to eat them.



The cocktail menu is incredible. As a rum drinker, but a lover of the old Pornstar Martini, I was delighted to find they'd put a twist on this, offering a Pornstar Rumtini... definitely my new favourite. As with any decent cocktail bar, the cocktails are pricey but they're made with quality ingredients and care for presentation. If you're after cheap, quick cocktails then this place isn't for you. But they do run a happy hour which is definitely good value. But don't worry, you aren't paying out a lot to receive a two-sip cocktail, as they give you quality AND quantity!

When speaking to the waitress Carolyn about how long we had waited she became very stroppy and we found her attitude to be poor. I definitely think she could do with some more customer service training. I don't think I would return again for food as it's really put me off.

Food was ok when it eventually arrived. People after us were served before us. No explanation as to why we had to wait so long. However did get an apology and a reduction on bill.

Ordered drinks that came 25 min later although I had reminded staff twice

meal when ordered came 45 min later than that This was last night if we were not going to miss our show pre booked I would have asked to see the manager then. My friends and I have been before but the service was not of this low standard very disappointed it was a birthday celebration

One of the group did have any of his order. No apologies at all. Poor children were absolutely starving. Ended up leaving and going else where for lunch well dinner by that point. What made it even worse was that other tables can in after us and quickly had tables covered in lovely looking food.

Went yesterday eve about 6. Was presented with a list of all the things they did not have to eat. Ordered some cocktails that took an age to come. Bought some food that also took an age to come.

We were served by a very nice young man who was on his 1st shift. Unfortunately we are then handed over to another waitress who was awful and was followed around by someone else who we were not introduced to.

Visited the disabled toilet where there was no toilet paper and the floor was filthy

The wheels come off when it’s more than 1 deep at the bar service is SHOCKING and the food is very suspect.

Table booked for 8.30pm. Got there a bit early. Took ages to be seated despite not being that busy. We’d been waiting an hour with no one coming to ask if we wanted a drink or to take our order. We left in the end and went elsewhere. We had seen the staff standing around food that had been left on the side for quite a while. It was clear none of them knew whose food it was or what they should be doing with it. Perhaps a place more suited to just being a bar than a restaurant based on the numerous bad reviews about poor service.

So disappointed last night arrived and the attitude of the waiting staff was appalling , moaned about having to find extra chairs as was raining outside, told us the deals on the menu then came back and said can’t have it as group too big. Was so rude we returned all the drinks and then she came back and said ok you can have it!!!! In the end we all walked out and had to find somewhere else to go to eat!!!!

If I could put 0 stars I would. We came on Monday 8th January for my 25th birthday party. We had a few underage people with us. Who were spoken to very unprofessionally and very patronising towards them. We are a workplace and therefore although it is a 25th birthday there was varying ages attending who weren't planning on drinking.



If it wasn't for the company my 25th birthday would have been ruined from the service we received.



The cocktails were however the only plus side! And helped get through the evening.



We were there from 6pm to 8pm.. And she probably twice the whole evening. Once to greet us and the other time to give us our drinks... on other occasions a very friendly young lad took over and was very accommodating and helpful. Cracking a few drinks and making the evening a little better.



I feel that just because people are underage and won't be drinking they shouldn't be treated like they're 5 years old. They are still adults and it hurt one of their feelings quite a bit!



Also we tried to get her attention or one or two occasions and were waiting a very long time. Until eventually getting seen to.



Someone on our table ate a very hot pepper and had to get milk. When she came back to the table she said "oh you've got milk do you want me to get you a high chair baby" something on those lines if not exactly that. Which is very patronising.



Overall it was very slow drinks service and a very rude and patronising service and I will not be ever going back.
