This is our newest rescue, little Jimmy, he is 14 months old and is staying with us until he finds his loving, forever home. Jimmy is such a joy to be around extremely affectionate and has a great personality. Something to consider for this new year. A lot of our customers are on a rolling schedule where they have secured their appointments by having a recurring booking every X number of weeks. Anything from 3 weeks to 3 months. This means that you don't need to worry about not securing a slot and that your furry one will be cared for in a timely manner.
As we have an increasing amount of customers booking repeating appointments, this reduces the availability. So please do consider this to firstly ensure your pet is in tip top condition and secondly to avoid disappointment.

What an amazing place for pets! As soon as you walk in you know this is a safe haven for animals. Emily our Pug loves staying at RR!

We took our long haired cat for grooming today and we had an excellent experience! The Brazilian guy who did the grooming (sorry I don't remember the name) was very friendly and did an amazing job, he was also very sweet and gentle to our cat and gave us good advice. Thank you, we will definitely come back!

Took our cavapoo puppy Zuma there today for a little trim around his eyes. They gave him a lovely bath and cut his nails too - very spoilt pup. Lovely friendly owner too. Will be back very soon. ’┐Į’┐Į

Took Teddy my 4month old Cavapoo to be groomed today this was his first visit to a groomers so I can imagine he was slightly nervous but everyone was so friendly and teddy looks and smells great. Would highly recommend we will definitely be back soon .

There should be 10 stars !!!

So nice to see my dogs both have such a lovely time when they stay and that they're so well looked after. After dropping them off and seeing how excited they were to be taken out I was totally relaxed and happy to say goodbye so thanks Richmond rascals ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

Richmond rascals is without a doubt one of the best places to bring your dogs. They would be around lovely people all day and also around other lovely dogs great for socialising your pets and all the groomers there do a great job. Marcus especially. It's also a great place to work and I'm telling you, you will not find a better boss than Rhonda. Shes the most understanding boss I've ever had, she will let you have any day off you need and always pays you the right amount and on time, pays your for you lunch break and just genuinely a nice person. I will miss this place thanks for everything x

Richmond Rascals is fabulous! The dogs get to go to "The Field" and get plenty of exercise. My pug loves going. The owner and staff are all lovely.

Our little chap Dylan, a Bichon Frise, had a short stay recently while we attended our sons wedding in Richmond. He came back happy and would have enjoyed staying longer.

My lab puppy Juliette goes to daycare during the weekdays and always comes back happy. I am really happy with the level of care everyone at RR provides for Juliette.

I have been a customer of Richmond Rascals since it was first established! Our family has been so impressed with all the services this amazing business provides. Our two 6 year old schnauzers have been groomed with Richmond Rascals since they were young and always look great and happy after a groom! The staff in-store know what we want and have never disappointed us! We also use the daycare service they provide regularly and the girls who come and collect our precious babies are so good with them and our girls are always worn out from their fun filled day! I cannot recommend Richmond Rascals highly enough! I wish I could give a higher rating!

I had heard sooooo much about this place, I was looking forward to seeing it! I'm so pleased to say I was not disappointed.

My two cocker spaniel's are now looking brilliant. They have lots of toys, chews, deliciously good wholesome food, outfits to die for and some of the collars/leads are the best I've seen.

Can't wait to go back again.

I dropped my little Lucas off at Richmond Rascals whilst on vacation visiting family in Richmond. He was treated like a little prince! I would highly recommend them for grooming and boarding services. Kind & incredibly professional.

Fabulous doggy daycare. My dog loves it here. Great people who truly love dogs are looking after the pooches...what more could you want?!

A very warm welcome today from Andrelena. Crunchie was very anxious but Marcos quickly put him at ease and handled him so well. He may well have now overcome his fear of grooming! A lovely place and we're very lucky to have it on our doorstep. See you again soon!
