generation strategies and headhunting techniques to find the most closely matched candidates, as well as recruit in areas where our clients have projects weeks before they start, to ensure the best people are placed.

The candidates that are passed on to you will be genuinely interested in working for your company and have researched the opportunity in detail. We also make sure we have permission from the candidate with intentions that they are fully prepared for interview.

Sometimes it may seem impossible to find the right person to fill your position. We, as a company, will try every route to find possible people. However, if there is no-one avaliable that fits your criteria, we will then establish a resourcing strategy to help locate suitable candidates.

Candidate Screening-

At Right Track we carry out a thorough registration with all of our candidates, enabling us to provide you with additional background information when we submit their profiles and CVs. The registration process can be adapted to include particular screening questions as required by your needs. We hold all certificates and ID, including work permits on our database for easy access to our clients. We take care to make sure candidates fit closely with both your professional criteria and your company culture.

We believe in regular communication. This is why we are hands on at every step of the recruitment process to support you with organising interviews, preparing candidates and providing feedback to both parties. Even if you are not currently hiring, we will keep in regular contact in order to build a pipeline of candidates for your future needs.

We are confident that we will find the right candidate for you. If you work with us on a contingency basis and we do not fill your position, there will be no charge for our service. This means you lose nothing by trying our services.
