Our friendly Zumba class runs at Rivers Health Club every Tuesday night at 19.30. Free to members or £5 for non members. Come and give it a go, all welcome!

Rivers gym is a friendly type of gym with mixed ages, it also has a great social environment with events put on for members and their families . Staff are on hand but let you get on with what you are doing unless you need help . Still making new friends
