We have just come back from a great weekend, we really enjoyed ourselves the staff are friendly and very welcoming/helpful. Also the owners of caravans are very friendly My 8 year old daughter enjoyed the kids entertainment & rascals. We are looking forward to visiting again

This place is such a fab place for kids and grown ups it's been a faboulous holiday and I have booked to come back X

Love it down here, Entertainment staff really go all out to give a good show each night, Pool warm enough for me to get straight in and I hate cold water lol, Shops local enough to walk to and spoilt for choice, Wife likes the abundance of Charity shops to browse in lol,

Just back after a week at riverside 30th-6th September had a great time caravan was clean and tidy entertainment was ok didn't really stay for the adult entertainment swimming pool changing rooms we're clean and tidy and swimming pool was good would recommend

Had a really good weekend with my boyfriend nice place to stay if u want a quite weekend away lovely people and caravan park definitely come back next year but for a week maybe more

had a great week here all the staff very good entertainment very good. the disabled changing room at the indoor swimming pool ,really needs a makeover as that was the only thing that left a lot to be desired.

Had a lovely Holiday, up untill the day we were going home, my daughter wanted to purchase a candy cat soft toy with the last off her holiday money only to be told they were sold out and were not being delivered untill Wednesday , one very disappointed and upset girl x

Caravan was ok, but entertainment is really letting down the lovely caravan park gets worse every year, we have been coming here for the last ten years and it's never been this bad hopefully the caravan park will sort this out as this is the only thing that lets it down.

So much has changed since buying my caravan 10 years ago .sadly I'm thinking of selling up with many others thinking the same if things don't change .the entertainment is very bad at present its also very loud for the club house .although the entertainment staff are very nice people to talk to but I don't think have had any experience on how to entertain people only one or two of them have .i know it's the first year of in house entertainment and hopefully it will get better .glen is trying hard .but something really needs sorting out .i can say one positive thing for the site the cafe and carvery is lovely .lets hope things pick up soon .

Dissapointed we wasnt able to take pushchairs into the ballroom for family entertainment,in all the caravan parks we have stayed at we have never come across not being able to take in pushchairs! Its a great site but for me bognor is not somewhere id go again,didnt like bognor beach,but found a gorgeous beach up the road at west wittering. Discovered little hampton on the way home and it was great,wish we had of found it earlier.

Currently halfway through a fortnight here; this being our third time here. The caravan is clean as are the pools and other public areas. The grounds are well maintained.



However, the entertainment this year is appalling. Same stuff night after night. Such a disappointment after previous years and enough to put us off coming back.



This is such a nice place and we are still having a wonderful holiday but the entertainment needs vast improvement.

We have had our caravan for 30 years on here and we will be selling this year. The site use to be great but over recent years & since Ken left it has got worse and worse, we are down here this week and the Club is empty, entertainment rubbish they use to book in top acts for the holidays but now you have the children's entertainers doing it as well as calling bingo and doing children's entertainment. The plant bed by our caravan had weeds 7ft high which my husband had to cut down himself. There are loads of empty plots where everybody is selling DO NOT book a holiday here. The amount we pay in rent is ridiculous. We took our grandchildren to the club, they wanted an ice cream 1 type of ice cream to offer in the 6 week holiday. The pool toilets are disgusting, the toilets in the club have only 1 tap working on all sinks & the toilet I went in had no toilet roll holder which had been ripped off the wall. I cannot believe the customer service on here Ian greencaravan Lonsdale is reading these comments & helping people to sell their caravan instead of trying to take the negative comments and learn from them. Don't expect a quiet time though. Between the bin gathering carts, the seagulls and the lack of respect from other caravan users it won't happen.



Also one point to note: if you have a low car then don't bother as some of the speed bumps are huge.

Unfortunately we had an awful stay at riverside caravan park. First of all out caravan had a leak from the shower therefore the floor in the bathroom and hallway was soaking (so much that when you walked on it water pressed out) which was a nightmare with a 20 month old child running about. We got moved the next day to either a two bed caravan which was no good as we needed three beds so the only choice left was a 3 bed caravan that had previously had pets in (which had been deep cleaned!!?) my child sat in the sofa for 30 seconds and was covered in dog hair so I requested sheets to cover the sofa. The rest of the caravan was disgusting! Mouldy floor in the bathroom, plates which looked like they had been eaten off swilled and put back. I went around with antibacterial wipes and you would hate to see the colour of them!! The caravan was right behind the club house so the boom of music into the late hours was magical as well as the shouting and swearing coming from people leaving which woke my child up! Amazing!! The smell of the caravan was delightful cross between dog and cigarettes! I can't go on! I am so disappointed with our stay if I had not been visiting family I would of left that first day! All I got offered was a breakfast in the caravan which I didn't take up due to having arrangements with family (not to mention a morning being wasted going to different caravans) also when we got to the final caravan we had no hot water. I was desperate to shower and was so angry when I had to ring up reception to sort this out. I can safely say that I would never ever stay again and would not recommend this to anyone.

This is a long review, but here goes! Caravan was clean, tidy & well set out! (this is the only positive) gas fire only warmed the lounge area, kitchen was a nightmare! grill kept going out! handle missing from grill pan! can opener was useless! salt celler was even missing the bottom part! toaster worked some times! bedrooms were freezing at all times especially at night, it was like a fridge-warmer outside! condensation running down inside all times! entertainment was a complete joke! on tuesday there were 1 bad singer & 6 people only- no staff evident! on thursday there were 14 people & 2 staff evident (but nothing on stage) in the arcade there were 2 people & NO staff! The park was a shambles, after the complex there were no lighting on the driveways, it was dangerous & health&safety issue, also the grassed areas were full of pot holes & again were dangerous & poss another h&s issue.

I had a "bronze" caravan apparently, this wasn't! more like a paper mache caravan! The caravans from the 1980s were better than this!!

Fumming!!!!!! Don't cater for holiday makers. Ball one not open, life guards sitting doing nothing when floor could do with mopping and as for entertainment staff RUDE ain't the word. I'll be in the office in the morning for a full refund!

Caravan had loads of broken glass and clearly hadn't been cleaned. Dust all over and we paid for a decent one. Also not allowed push chairs in club house. I have a 5 month old and wouldn't have booked it if I had known. No where did I read that until I got here. Come last year and was ok this year downhill
