You have made one pregnant lady very happy... All I needed today was a cheese and ham toastie and it was absolutely gorgeous :)

We had our first ever delivery at work today, it was delivered in less than 45 mins, the jacket potatoes and coffee were hot and very tasty, Thanks :-)

Popped into Roberto's today. I had a breakfast bap and a coffee. Both were the best I've had in a long time. Thank you all :)

Popped in today as i needed to feed my baby (who was screaming like an absolute lunatic) and i needed a cuppa and my toddler was getting adgitated in the pushchair. I was met with total kindness and understanding, a member of staff even sat with my baby whilst i ran my toddler to the loo. Highly recommend it. I even took up half the shop with my pushchair but they didn't bat an eye lid :-) x x

My 4 kids currently sat here eating there breakfasts & all I can say is thank you! You've given this busy mum a morning off!! Foods lovely such friendly staff I'm thinking I may just be your new wknd regular! So thank u lol happy kids happy mum xxxxx

Went in here with my mum for breakfast! Had a bacon sandwich and a pot of tea. It was lovely! The sandwich was nicely filled and tea in a pot was really nice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! Would visit again

Well, where do I begin.

Tried Robertos today after seeing lots of good reviews and tasty food, what we had delivered today was far from that.

We placed the order at 12.18 on the 12/02/2016, it arrived at 13:30.

When it did arrive, what a disappointment.

One of the paninis only had chicken breast in it, no sauce or cheese, just plain chicken.

The coffee arrived luke warm (and that's being generous).

The best bit of the meal was the crisps, which happen to be bought in.

Overall, hugely disappointed, and I doubt I will return or recommend.



Edit:

After giving them a second chance, there was an improvement, the food was good, coffee was hotter than it was last week, and was also met with apologies.

Rolls were well filled really well.

Will use again

I order at least 3 times a week from your shop, last 2 occasions I've had to send the food back as who ever was taking the order doesn't know the difference between a baguette and a bap! This morning your rude employee put the phone down on me because he got my order wrong. Sent 2 baps when I ordered baguettes, and didn't even include the apple juice. I kept one bap even though it's not what I asked for. If your going to employ staff, at least employ competent, un rude people as your employee has just lost you a valued customer.

Feeling a bit lazy today me and the other half ordered breakfast. Never ordered here before. Partner ordered a full breakfast and I ordered an egg and bacon bap. Took over an hour to arrive and when it did it was cold. The bap was sausage and egg and his breakfast had bits missing. Will not be ordering again

Fast service...... nearly ran us off the road at Port Solent. Dangerous driving trying to overtake us and then stuck his fingers up at us. Won't be using Roberto's

Been waiting over an hour, food arrived cold.

Always at least 30 minutes late or early, dont bother ordering if you have a short lunch break as you wont get to enjoy the food
