Truly amazing lady. I opened my parcel this morning instantly burst into tears because it is so beautiful! This women is brilliant. She done me a charm for my bouquet, she Sent pics to make sure all was OK before sealing it and payment was only discuss once I was happy with the product. I only order yesterday and it arrived this morning. It's absolutely perfect.

I had a pic of my partners nan that passed before met and a little message on the back. Showed my partner and he loves it, the smile on his face and the look in hos eyes said it all.

Cannot recommend this lovely lady highly enough. I had been left in a tricky situation, only a couple of weeks to my wedding day and unfortunately another supplier I had booked couldn't fufill my order. I was desperate to find someone else so I message Cas and from start to finish the whole process has been so helpful and professional, even when I asked her to change something last minute!
