MY STORY
Once upon a time there was a Mama who had a little girl. A small bear who loved tea parties and princesses, butterflies and all things pink. This was a new ball game for a Mama who shied away from all things frilly. But soldiering through, she served tea to dolls and regularly modelled tiaras, nursed sick cuddly toys and built Lego fairytale castles. She embraced all things girly and low and behold a passion was ignited! Skip forward a few tutus and chapters and here she is, surrounded by glitter, ribbons and tulle, and couldn't be happier.

I started creating tutus and tutu dresses for my beautiful daughter, to feed her never ending need to be a princess. But there's only so many tutus you can fit in one small bears wardrobe, so if I wanted to keep making them then I needed to find another place to put them. . . like other little girls wardrobes! So here I am, making and selling for all your little princesses : )

PAYMENT
Please make sure you check my current make /processing time before you purchase, especially if you'd like your item for a specific date.

Payments can be made via PayPal, or alternatively, I accept all major credit and debit cards over on my Etsy page, and also accept Etsy giftcards too!

SHIPPING
Shipping is £4. 20 for mainland UK and are sent tracked via Royal mail, and should be received within 2-5 days. Customers outside mainland UK should contact me for shipping costs.
Please make sure your address in PayPal is current and correct, I cannot be held responsible if your item has been shipped to the wrong address.

I cannot be responsible for delays in shipping time after I have posted your item, and as shipping is out of my control I cannot guarantee an item for a specific date, although I will dispatch any time sensitive orders at the earliest possible time. If ordering close to the wire, the customer accepts responsibility if the item does not reach its destination on time. I will always dispatch items in my make time, or at a previously agreed deadline.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is top of my priorities. If you have any issues regarding your item, please message me and I will be happy to assist you. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the product if there was an error on my part to arrange a replacement

Please be sure of the colours, size, length and style before ordering. Due to the nature of my items, I cannot offer a return or refund on any unwanted items.

SIZES
I include the length of my Tutus in all of my listings on Etsy and can provide them here to help you select a suitable size, but you are welcome to measure and let me know waist and /or length, as children come in all shapes and sizes!

I try hard to select pictures that best represent colour but due to the differences in computer monitors the colour may not be true to life. I will provide a detailed description to help you with your choice. However, if you have any further questions please feel free to message me.

I'm happy to accept custom orders, I welcome any suggestions and love to be stretched!

Supervision is recommended for children 3 and under with any item with small embellishments. I try to ensure they are as secure as possible when making, and can always leave them off if you would prefer, just let me know when ordering.
