Appointment spaces for colour are now VERY limited until the 2nd May. Monday 8th April at 4.30pm Wednesday 10th April at 11.15am Thursday 11th April at 1pm ... Saturday 13th April at 5pm These appointments are for the Newtown and closely surrounding areas and not all of those time slots may be suitable for the colour service you require so please be thorough in explaining what service you require at time of booking. PLEASE NOTE- I have no available appointments for ANY SERVICES (cuts included) for the week beginning 15th April until the 2nd May although I will be starting up a reserve list incase of cancelled appointments, please contact me if you would like to be but on that list if the above appointments are not suitable 🙂 Many thanks Rox xx

Currently having a LARGE, very well deserved glass of rosé this evening! When you get a message that says “I need my hair done desperately! I want it as light as possible and my mum wants hers as light as possible too” and you manage to deliver that perfect icy colour TWICE in the space of 4.5hrs is so satisfying! Thank you Michelle Owens and Gail grovesnor, your faith in me is beyond measure ❤️

As of today (Tuesday 12th February 2019) I have decided that in place of taking a deposit to secure chemical service appointments I have implemented a cancellation fee. Anything more than 48hrs notice of cancellation will not incur any fees. Less than 48hrs notice will be 25% of full service price, less than 12hrs notice will be 50% of full service price, less than 6hrs will be 100% of full service price. ...This fee is for ALL services, trims included, with no exemptions to the rule. Refusal to pay fees will mean I will no longer accommodate you in my diary and all appointments that were booked for the future will be cancelled. Please also take note that I do not give credit for ANY service for ANY reason EVER. Please don’t ask as I don’t want to refuse and cause offence. I accept card, bank transfer and PayPal as well as cash payments so there shouldn’t be any need for issues in regards to payments for services. Many thanks for your continued support for my small business, I’m hoping that this new policy will help towards running my business more efficiently and free up appointments for new clients. Rox xx

Roxanne has bin cutting my hair 18 years now she was the only person that kwd keep me still as a kid. Always willing to try new and wonderful styles. Would recommend to any woman bloke or kid awesome hairdresser and awesome person to talk too.
Roxanne has been doing my hair since 8 years ago when I first moved to Newtown. She's so great when I moved to Ellesmere Port, I travelled 140 mile round trip for almost 6 years just to have her do my hair �
Roxanne has been cutting my hair for almost 8 years. During my treatment for cancer she was always there to tidy up my growing fluff and now 4 months on she is helping me restyle it back into something like it used to be. I would recommend her to anyone!
Roxanne has been cutting and dying my hair for a number of years and I wouldn't let anyone else near my hair. Always happy with the results and trust Rox to cut it the way I like. Thx :)

Love booking with Rox. We do a different color practically each month now and she works my hair so well.
She knows what products are the best to use and is always helpful, with spot on advice on how to keep my hair at its best, despite the amount of bleach I've had on it and the torture it's experienced.
Recommend her to anyone and everyone. I don't allow anyone else to touch my hair and I'm sure once you've had rox on your hair, you'll never go back either.

Jack of all trades this woman :) i always used to cut my own hair for years and always used to be a bit ocd if anyone in salons etc left or missed bits, but as far as gents cuts go there isnt much Roxanne cant do even if you want something funky rather than something traditional. Would absolutely recommend her to anybody. you will not be left dissapointed!
Im a hairdressers worse nightmare, cutting my own hair, i looked like a throw back from the 80's mullet......Roxy listened to what i wanted and advised and chopped it all off!!!! i LOVE it....thank you Roxy :-)
