Thank you to the click and collect staff that helped me when I was running late this morning. They were clearly very busy and still smiled and helped which allowed me to get to work on time so thanks �.

Nice presentable tasty food a bit more expensive than morrisons but you get your food in less than half the time the only downside is not enough places to sit obviously because it's popular, nice one sainsburys

Have been taking my mum her on her weekly shopping as she's too poorly to do it on her own. Every week I find the staff are courteous and patient and it is giving mum her confidence back. Thank you Sainsbury's!

Clean and tidy environment, with friendly and helpful staff. Every time I visit the shelves are always stocked with an adequate amount of products and alternative are always available. Polite, happy and friendly staff are always on hand at the checkouts which equals an easy exit. Over all extremely satisfied with my experience :)

When I've been looking for certain products and have asked a staff member for directions and I find them most helpful and they insist on taking me to the correct location.

I find the staff most polite and helpful.

If I have one criticism it would be the gathering of youths in the evening in the car park who are using skateboards, push bikes and scooters ect.

I have had a few near misses in my car when they have shot out from between parked cars which has resulted in me having to slam my brakes on and when I've confronted them over their actions I've been met with abuse.

I also don't like using the ATM in the evening as there are people hanging around near the machines which makes me feel uncomfortable.

This is the only downfall I have with what is otherwise an excellent store to shop in.

I had a lovely breakfast of scrambled eggs and spinach it was well cooked and a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent store, very friendly and helpful staff.

Used the cafe, this let the overall score down - would have been 5 stars, but food took ages to arrive, this was late lunch - 15.00 hrs, with Grandchildren, one child's meal arrived after the rest of us had finished. Food was delivered to people who arrived after us , delayed food was only sausage mash and beans !.

The other problem with the cafe, dirty floor, and return tray area full. Ordered and paid for a child's cold drink, never arrived. Told it was out of stock, a refund was given.

PLEASE TELL ME something was done about the incident below & the police were involved & CCTV camera’s checked?

just witnessed a non English couple taking photos of a little girl no older then 4 in Rustington Sainsbury's cafe Queue I was standing right behind the female and saw every photo she was taking!! she even zoomed in to get close ups!!!

Lovely mocha ... great cheesy chips! Sadly the girl behind the counter, Kirsty, has a face like a slapped backside! Whilst I was in the queue I saw her practically throw trays of food at customers and not a please or thank you to be heard! A smile wouldn't go a miss either! Having worked for Sainsbury's I know 1st hand how hot they are on customer service. On a positive note ... Luke, who brought our food over was fantastic!! Very pleasant, smiley and helpful! � Let's just hope, for Sainsbury's and it's usually fantastic colleagues sake, that the mystery shopper encounters the likes of Luke �

I visited the store this morning wishing to purchase half a cucumber. I picked up a half but on reading the label discovered it was Spanish.l have nothing against. Spain or her cucumbers but always attempt to buy British. I then looked at the whole ones and did indeed find they were British. Would it be beyond the production line of your supplier to chop some of his cucumbers in half or is this a ruse by Sainsburys to make me by a whole one?l also filled in one of your comments cards in store but as there was nowhere for me to put my name or telephone number it seemed unlikely I would get a reply or explanation. I would be interested to hear you buyers thoughts.

I occasionally do a Saturday morning shop here. It can be busy both with cars and people. Once you get use to the store layout and have a good idea what shopping for. Can be a quicker shop. Good place generally speaking. :-)

Cafe, - If you want a morning coffee and cake but are willing to wait til lunchtime to get it then it's Perfect !!! ��

Staff should have warned customers in advance as this problem with chip & pin has been running for some time today

So today i was over charged by over £5 I went to the customer service desk explained and she didn't understand how it why id been over charged so she called a manager from the department he also didn't understand in the end I had to show him on my phone and with a calculator then they realised I was right and refunded me bit if this was another supermarket they would have given you double as it's their error. Do Sainsburys not do this??

once again I have bought an empty pie from Sainsbury's. The steak shortcrust pastry pie. all gravy and no meat! the standard of food from this store has fallen. bread with huge air pockets in. beef which is tough and grizzley. the self service tills never have anyone to take tags off alcohol and often we have to go looking for someone. so glad we have a new Aldi.

Yesterday Alan on checkout gave me 4 old one pound coins. When I said I could give him a pound and he could give me a 5 pound note he refused to open the till and then shook his head as we walked away. He told us to go to the bank to change them. Is this the stores policy???

Went into the cafe today food was discusting nuggets for child solid, jacket potato was still raw, peas like bullets and about 3 prawns in a load of slop! And they got child’s order wrong!! Won’t be going to this store again!

We bought wrapping paper from your shop and now the whole house is now covered in Glitter, we've spent most of our Christmas morning hoovering and cleaning... and bathing the kids before we go out... please take note for next year... I suspect this will NOT be the only compliant you get about this paper this year ?
