Sainsbury'S

Was clutching a whole lots of things in my arms (didn't think about a damn basket!) and a lovely male Sainsbury's worker came along and offered to carry my items for me! What lovely service and very professional - then another time, I wanted a lovely top to wear for a special event and I asked a member of staff called Julian if he could help me and he actually got me several lovely tops for me to try on! I'm very happy with Witney Sainsbury's 😊

Just had another online shop as I'm temporarily in a wheelchair with a broken foot, want to thank the delivery guys that have delivered and carried the shopping upstairs for me they have all been amazing, a credit to Sainsbury's for making what has been a difficult time a little easier

Fabulous delivery driver today, unfortunately did not get his name but amazing customer service, older gentleman, tall with grey hair and glasses, please let him know what a great job he is doing.

We had breakfast there very good go quite often friendly staff ready to help

Shelves well stocked generally, but need longer sell by dates.

Cashier in a rush, thought I was joking when I said "is the store closing early" - it was 9.30am! As cheerful as a cold wet day!

I visited the cafe with my little boy. Got to say the staff were friendly and helpful but I had to wait 15 mins to be served a coffee. Also childrens meal looked like it was a month old. Crusty mashed potato, serving was tiny even for a child. Won't purchase hot food again.

Just to make people aware that i purchased a bag of chocolate filled donuts today...got them home to find they are filled with either strawberry or raspberry jam..i had one disappointed child who luckly does not have an allery to either..

I do like sainsburys but my experience in the cafe on 3 occasions within the last week was terrible! The first time I only had 3 people in front of me in the queue and it still took over half hour for me to get served, the second time I had less people In front of me and it took longer to get served.

Crazy I know but I thought the third time can't get worse and it was!! Each time there was a different cashier on the till so it wasn't at one individual.

The cafe till staff are the slowest ever...

My advice is if you want lunch go in and start to queue in the morning....

If your having breakfast expect a very long wait

While shopping in your store yesterday (Sunday) i went to the freefrom frozen section as i always do. I have coeliacs dieses have done for the last 7yrs. I did as i always do and looked for the sign above the required section...to my horror some numb skull had removed all the gluten free food and stocked it with NON GLUTEN FREE food!!!!! Leaving the FREEFROM sign up!!!!!! I'm very a wear of what packaging im looking for so lucky i didn't make the mistake of purchasing any of the items in the " freefrom" section. Had a newly diagnosed sufferer gone in (and probably has) the devistating consequences of eating the non gluten free food you decided to shove in your freezer doesn't bare thinking about!. Bottom line it can kill!! Through malnutrition dehydration increase of heart rate! How on earth could you be so damn careless and flippant as to forget to take the sign down while you re locate yiur freefrom section?...... I have the photographic evidence should anyone with half a brain cell bother to address this most idiotic careless abd dangerous act gross negligence !

The store chose New Yatt Riding for the Disabled as its charity of the year and we, the volunteers, raised £4,920 mainly through collections outside the store. They presented us with a cardboard cheque dated 13 June and half way through September we still have not received the money. I wonder how the people who so kindly donated would feel about this. As a long time Sainsbury shopper and a former Saturday "girl" I am extremely disappointed with this and will be shopping at the Coop in future. They also have supported us in the past and have paid us the money promptly

Stay clear of the car washers, complete waste of space, had our car cleaned today and it's a right mess..... Never use them again.

Standard is very bad, Sainsbury's you've fail to deliver!

Not impressed, the communication is zero for those customers who have been upset by staff.

Can you tell me why you have stopped selling peanut butter, been in three times now and their is no explanation on the empty shelf! Same with your own brand large salted peanuts!
