Sainsbury'S

Massive thank you and 'big-up' to Linda who works in the Bicester branch cafe. My dad and I have been going there every Sunday for the last 2 years with my little boy, because of her and the rest of the lovely team. Always going the extra mile, with a smile, so friendly and makes it feel like a big family you are joining for breakfast. Great service and great people. Really makes a difference.

I went into sainsburys Bicester today to buy euros for my holiday at 3pm today, and was served by Georgie (I think that's her name!) I just want to leave a review to let her and her manager know, she was extremely helpful, polite and friendly she was super happy and chatty and it really made my day to have such great customer service!

Came to Sainsbury's cafe this morning approx 09:30 with my Husband for a quick breakfast and just wanted to say how lovely and friendly the lady serving us was, I didn't catch her name (midlength blonde hair tied back, glasses and was working on the cafe till) but we had a lovely little chat and was just a lovely way to start our day. People are so quick to complain now days and more often than not good service goes unnoticed and unthanked. Hope our thanks can be passed on to her! �

A big thank you to everyone that was so kind and helpful when I felt dizzy and ill today in the store. I got home safe and feel way better. If you are ever in need of help they are good with helping in this store. Thanks again

Always visit in a Wednesday morning .Always understaffed but love the scrambled eggs... it always is very clean and tidy.. have never been at busy times though

Understaffed, food often cold, the condiments are taken before you finish your meal, drinks are left on the end of counter to get cold while you wait to pay and order your food . It can be hard to negotiate the tables as the are packed so close together at the far end by the tvs

This is the 4th time I've opened something new and in date to find it covered in mould! I've also had the pleasure of finding a spider stuck in the icing of a biscuit purchased from the bakery.

Seriously, I've seen it all now! The only toilet in Sainsbury's available to mum's with a baby and it was covered in poo �� what is wrong with people �� Their toilets are pretty minging anyway but that was another level of gross.

My husband and I like popping in for the odd lunch good value but the air con was on yesterday and it wasn't very pleasant eating with a draft on your back .

Just bought some jam doughnuts from the bakery section in sainsburys, all other packaging was poorly sealed and no care was put into the packaging leaving my bag of doughnuts to come unsealed and a doughnut to fall out.

The place has gone to pot. Nothing on the shelves.



Staff uninterested in providing customer service. (Check Out Staff More interested in chatting about they’re holidays to their friends as you wait behind until they finish their conversation).



Ask if a product is available in the back. You just get a blank look or “no, we ain’t got any”.



I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

Collected sandwich platters I ordered for a baby shower. They ran out of boxes with the lids so just put them on silver foil trays and stacked them! So flat squashed sandwiches. No care or effort put in at all xx

Came for a quick breakfast today and asked for 2 omelettes without baked beans on the side and to add spinache to both as a healthier option. Straight away got a flat NO from the lady serving us. Then told it doesnt work like that. We were both abit taken back. So your happy to still charge us for the item we dont want but can't add a small amount spinache in its place. Not impressed with the service today! Disappointing.

Absolutely disgusting breakfast brunch that tasted as though it was cooked two hours ago and reheated for my purchase. The two stars is literally for the nice lady who complimented my boots and engaged a conversation. Luckily had no issues getting a refund! Yuck.

My wife was overcharged by the till operator sub totalling rather than totalling the bill. Very off hand response by manager and significant delay in getting a refund. Formal complaint has been completely ignored!

I went into Sainsbury's yesterday to buy bread from the bakery section only to find when cutting into it a cloth of some description baked into the bread... disgusting!!!

Had a friend take back a loaf of bread as it had been nibbled by something!! Safe to say I won't be shopping there again. If the bread isn't protected from animals, what else isn't :/

Come on Sainsbury's, that experiment you are running to see whether a 2 year old monkey can manage your restaurant has just got to stop now. Stock control, staffing levels, been like this for months so give him some peanuts, put him back in his cage and get an adult in charge.
