Yesterday was my first visit to the Kiln Lane store and I suspect it won't be the last. The only problem I had was dragging myself away from the clothes!!

Very spacious super store where is very pleasant to do the weekly shopping without the need looking for other stores because it does have everything you need under same roof, including Habitat ,Argos, Learning Centre where drop in my child mean time do my shopping. Very convenient... by the way , The Deli Area have a very fresh tasty snacks... in particular the Indian Meals ... the staff there its very friendly in special a guy called Danni that is very nice and always when its there welcomes everybody with a smile. Also, they have good variety of wine & spirits - fresh nice baking bread. Without any doubt... Sainsbury’s Epsom its my favourite grocery Store. Well Done Sainsbury’s 👍

I love this Sainsbury's, lots of choice and the staff have always been very helpful and polite to me

I can’t thank the staff at Sainsbury’s Kiln Lane enough for the help they provided when my son decided to fall out of the trolley (my fault for choosing this shallow trolley and his fault for throwing a tantrum but I should have been watching him). Aaron (first aid person) was lovely and was so good with my little boy making sure he was okay, being so calm and giving good advice. One of the supervisors was amazing too but did not catch her name. She grabbed frozen peas for his head and offered to hold my trolley for the evening. Unfortunately did not get out of A&E in time to finish shopping but can’t thank them enough!!!!

Had been to Worcester Park visiting and popped in Sainsburys for a sandwich ready for our journey back to Bognor Regis. Was very pleased with the freshness of the sandwich and the cafe was very clean and staff were pleasant. Thanku.

Went yesterday with granddaughters for lunch the coffee machines etc were out of order so we couldn't get a hot chocolate so my granddaughter chose a strawberry milkshake , she said it was very watery with no taste hence she left it ! No knives no trays and a happy waiter NOT ! Although my omelette was nice

I am starting to become very disappointed with the cafe in store, three times now my mother has come in for a meal and each time they have been out of diet coke. For a supermarket who sell them in the store, this isn't very excusable.

I wanted to let you know how disappointed I am with sainsburys online delivery. Last week I ordered my shopping to be delivered between 4.30 and 5.30pm on Sunday and at 5.10pm I received a phone call informing me that my order had been cancelled! You can imagine how frustrated and angry I was.... (1) because I was waiting for the ingredients for my family's dinner and had nothing else in the house to eat; (2) I also had nothing to put in my children's lunch boxes the next day; and most importantly (3) this was after 5 on a Sunday evening so the shops were all closed!!! I am so frustrated with sainsburys because they must have known earlier in the day that my shopping couldn't be delivered so why did they wait so long to inform me???? Leaving it until all the shops were shut, what dreadful customer service! They did offer us a £10 voucher (how generous) and then upped it to £30 (after a bit of persuasion) off our next shop, but when I looked at my emails the next day I realised that it was a £30 e-voucher! Did they honestly think I would be using their delivery service anytime soon?? What a joke! I have completely lost confidence with sainsburys.

What are all those staff in the cafe doing???

Place is nearly empty and yet there are no trays, had to ask for the cutlery supply to be replenished, and the few people dining are having to approach the counter to ask where their meals are.

We just popped in for a quick bite before doing the shopping. Ordered food more than 15 minutes ago.

I repeat - there are hardly any customers here, and st least six staff - what are they all doing?!

Starting to become more and more dissapointed in this store. A couple of weeks ago, stood at the fish counter waiting to be served, and was told that someone would be down soon. Noone came after 5 minutes waiting, so gave up and bought from Tesco instead. Last week it was the store manager talking extremely rudely to a member of staff behind the customer services desk when I asked to change some cash in front of a lot of customers. Very embarrassing for the poor staff member, and this week, I find out that they don't sell Bernard Matthews turkey breast roll. I mean, that's a quick and easy Sunday roast right there. Dumped the trolley full of veg, condiments and wine and walked out. Time to buck your ideas up Kiln Lane.

Shop itself not bad but public toilets are always disgusting men's 2 of 3 urinals broken the other week and wife want to use ladies Monday night and were closed has to use disabled toilets which had urine covered floors. Feces covered seat and broken hand dryer and no paper towels

User

Seriously need to be careful of suitable times to visit.... so many inconsiderate people and staff!!!!

Scan as you shop never works - the scanners continually reset or recharge or stop scanning part way through the shop and also delete what's already been scanned. After multiple attempts, I've had enough and I'm off to tesco.

Ordered 2 lattes which we waited ages for. Had to walk around looking for a clean table as most of them hadn't been wiped. Both lattes were undrinkable and tasted completely different - one didn't taste like it even had coffee in it and the other had a burnt taste. No one around to complain to and we were short on time so left without drinking them. Not our first bad experience here so we won't be coming back.

My 9 year old was down the sweet isle counting her money while my wife was further down the same isle, my daughter was approached by the store manager and his deputy and they accused her of stealing with no evidence and proceeded to search her without any parent present, speaking to the manger (Tim) this evening he was absolutely rude and couldn’t even apologise for upsetting a 9 year old. I have spoken to customer services and they are also disgusted by the way a 9 year old has been treated. If you have young kids please please don’t take them to Sainsbury’s kiln lane Epsom as I wouldn’t want them to go through the same humiliation as what our daughter did!!!

I feel I should let you know about the negative experience I had with one of your employees working on the cheese counter yesterday morning. I wanted around 200g of St Agir. There was one piece at 350g and a whole half cheese. This lady was not prepared to cut any more until, she had sold the large piece. I did not want this and I had to be very insistent that I would like her to cut a piece to the size I wanted.

I'm sorry but it is this sort of attitude by store workers that gives companies a reputation for poor customer service. Fortunately it is a store I am unlikely to need to return to as I was only in the area visiting friends for the weekend. I wouldn't be encouraged to go back if this is the common attitude adopted by the store staff, hopefully it is not?

Even more shocking than usual loads of things reduced to clear but haven't been put through the system so the discount doesn't come off at the tills loads of products with no prices on them at all or have the incorrect prices on them

User

Cafe experience was awful 20 mins waiting for 4 hot drinks and 45 minutes for our food only to chase it up to find out our order had been lost... money refunded and I'll never go there again

User

2040 on 2/6/18 there was a female assistant in uniform with a cigarette in her mouth, spotted her as I was leaving. Couldn't see if it was lit but it had been. She might have been leaving but wait till you leave before lighting up, please.

Also, while having a moan, please get the public toilets up to an acceptable standard. Thanks
